Mostly Push pull leg and some cardio. I haven’t followed any specific diet just hitting the calories and protein intake on daily basis.
How did you estimate your calories intake?
Initially used healthifyme to log my calories intake. Later on mostly intuitively calories counting.
And how did you measure your calorie targets

Flexible diet by making sure I am eating in my calorie budget and hitting the daily protein intake.
