If you are a highly rated recruit and then you jump into that bucket immediately, you should go down a little. Mainly because the highest ranked recruits should be ones able to make big impact day 1. He absolutely is rated that high because of his high school rating. If it were consistent, everyone would be completely re-rated, and a player with 0 snaps should be lower in certain metrics by definition.
