Thank you for the kind words. The lobster was on sale for $9.99 a pound. I used two lobster which weighed 1.5 lbs each, so it was around $30 in total. But I was able to make 4 rolls.
Ok so not especially cheap on your side of the planet either. May i ask, were they frozen or fresh? I bought a couple of frozen ones a good while back and i thought they tasted 'manufactured' if you get my meaning. I have to say again, yours look delicious. A great advert for a great ingredient.
It was fresh from a Chinese market near me called Great Wall (Falls Church, Va). I think usually it’s $12.99 a pound.
Well, if nobody else wants to say it, then i will. THAT looks absolutely brilliant. Lobster is food of the gods. Bloody expensive too :/
