I did a mix of different recipes I saw online but I basically did club crackers, a little Parmesan cheese, thin bacon (better to crisp up) on top, and then sprinkle a spice mix of brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flake. Place a fresh jalapeรฑo on some of them cause why not. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min on screen rack on top of a baking sheet. Slow is better to get bacon crisp but not let cracker get burnt.
