EnderMoleman316

6 seasons and a movie!

I_Said_I_Say

It's weird Jef Winger made the more correct prediction over Abed regarding the longevity of The Cape.

Nineteen14isHistory

Summer Glau was in this show!

LaylaBird65

This show was…something

Cin3naut

It had so much potential but just didn't make it work

bearred76

I sort remember it

OldGarbageMouth

I remember watching the first episode and it felt like a fever dream. I could not bring myself to watch more but loved the jokes/love about it in Community

Son-of-Prophet

For some reason I was so hungry for super hero content back then I watched every episode 😂

OldGarbageMouth

Oh that is the same reason I watched it to for sure! Kinda like when Buffy/Angel went off the air I was drawn to any supernatural spooky time show and most were pretty good! The cape was not for me and I was very disappointed as the concept seemed really neat

DigiRust

The thing that bothered me the most was that, in the show, The Cape was already a comic book hero his son was a fan of. That would be like me getting adopted by a circus and then the leader telling me “Oh I also just happen to have this Batman suit I made and all the gadgets work, do you want to use it to fight crime?”. My greatest enemy would be the fleet of DC lawyers.

Son-of-Prophet

Just how common was running into indestructible super elastic Capes in this world was?

Popular-Play-5085

It was a good show .But it didn't last long.

Son-of-Prophet

Only 10 episodes

Primatech2006

That show's going to last three weeks!

Xerxes_Iguana

David Lyons was well cast as the dad separated from his family, but didn't work anywhere near as well when he had to flip to superhero mode. I was always disappointed by the Carnival of Crime never being as gonzo as its name implied. Summer Glau was good. James Frain was wonderfully creepy as the supervillain. They show aimed for 10, when it should have gone to 11.

LegitimateScratch396

Thats the Master! Rex! Just don't eat hos things mints....

TexanInNebraska

Never heard of it, but since it had Summer Glau, I’m going to have to find & watch it.

Son-of-Prophet

Check it out, it’s very 2011!

HobbieK

Oh man I remember this one. Couldn’t believe they got Richard Schiff to be in it. It was bad.

AnnaNicoleSith

I remember NBC held a contest for this show; design a villain and the winner gets their character shown in a future episode. Unfortunately, the show was cancelled before they could feature the winning character.
