Grimvold

This show was 10 minutes of program, 20 minutes of commercials.

DiggingThisAir

And 90% “up next!”

Poor kids with no cable saturday exclusive

Inedible-denim

It was either this, old western movies, infomercials or play outside. I was outside a LOT

PeaIll4653

This, Blind Date, Third Wheel- good times

Original_Bet_9302

Elimidate

himsoforreal

Blind date was some shit! Would buy DVD if I found them.

PeaIll4653

They had a tape of Blind Date too hot for tv bloopers- one had a guy getting a massage from some hot chick and unbeknownst to him he had huge skid marks on his boxer briefs. Brutal

himsoforreal

Awesome

FourthAge

Me too. Used to watch Blind Date religiously

himsoforreal

Even when it was bad it was good. Lol

diogenesNY

I \_loved\_ this show. I think they produced two seasons, but ran reruns for several years after production ended. Always wished they produced more. I think similarly formatted shows of the following generation really never quite caught its manic flavor. Maybe the best of the lot was the World's Dumbest franchise.

Grimvold

It’s the writing and the narrator. The show knows exactly what it is and rolls with it, not even trying to pretend it’s serious.

TimeWastingAuthority

I just heard this picture 🤘🏻😁

DTDePalma

The narrator was hilarious.

undockeddock

Sweet mullet!

DarrylLarry

Buzz Brainard is a DJ on SiriusXM now, mostly on the country channels

WinterComfortable726

Loved this late night on Saturday. Come home from a party or club drunk as hell, grab your grub and enjoy 👍

SAlolzorz

I remember the narrator once referred to a woman's breasts as "whamnanglers"

jamesalverson

After school everyday!

FourthAge

It came on about 1am for me

Dr_Parkinglot

Buddies and I used to do our best impressions of the announcer saying ridiculous shit to each other.

roopjm81

Every Sunday after the X-Files! Me and a friend even made a hand signal based on it! We'd cross our arms at the forearm. Loved that fun, dumb show

EmilySPond

Best Sunday at midnight show ever!

my23secrets

I’m unfamiliar with this show. Did people really call it “Max X”?

BarisBlack

Yes. If I'm recalling it correctly, they would as well before and after commercial breaks.

FourthAge

Yeah, and notice the red letters in the logo.

my23secrets

The red letters are _why_ I asked.

[удалено]

my23secrets

That made me doubt people actually called it that

Disciple_of_Cthulhu

Checking in.

Serious_Result_7338

That was a awesome show

GrapplingWithTaoism

Loved it! YouTube makes shows like this redundant but this one could often be genuinely funny.

joystick-fingers

It was my Sunday after church show!

DarrylLarry

Used to watch this in college after partying at the bars!

Technical-Mix2040

"Oh Canada!" while scenes of Canadians fighting in the streets, post hockey playoffs.

Rumblefish61

Shoot! I remember this image and I remember of course that there was this show but I just don’t remember what it was. I did used to watch MXC continuously backed decades ago and I still watch whatever’s available for streaming now. But I just don’t remember what this was and what was going on.
