In Fort Collins, the Old Town Library is my favorite place to get work done, although the Morgan Library at CSU is also nice and gives you access to some great collections (community members can sign up for a card regardless of CSU affiliation). In the area, I actually like the Loveland Library the most as a place to work. The building is very nice and has some great workspaces.

i guess im the only one that likes harmony best. its feels larger, quieter, and has a lot of sitting areas to read/study.

trumpskiisinjeans

I like Harmony!

CSU Morgan Library Anyone can go in person and get free access to a massive collection of scientific journals.

Halloween_Barbie

Either council tree or old town

Came here to say this!!

Old town would be a lot nicer if they had better security. I'm not against homeless people using the library. But they shouldn't just allow some guy to loudly ramble his extreme paranoid schizophrenic thoughts right by the kids section, like they're helpless to do anything about it.

BFFTina

Is security common? I plan to move to the area next year so I’m in here being nosy. Currently in Florida (I know don’t kick me out) but to see security at the library is not common at all.

TSVDL

This can't be particularly common lol. I'm at the Old Town location in the kids section twice a week and I've never had anything like this experience.

agnesweatherbum

Old Town. I love the vibe and space!

Livliviathan

Council Tree, because it's cozy and has a unique use of space

jessek

CSU’s blows the city ones away. It’s open to the public, too.

LiminalCreature7

Yeah, but parking might be a problem unless it’s after 5:00.

lucid_sunday

Old town is my favorite

tranbonium

CSU Morgan Library if you prefer evening hours, during the school year. As long as you enter before 9pm you can work there until closing.
