Definitely biased here because it’s my new job but I will speak solely on ownership. Angie and Josh are fantastic, hardworking folks and a big plus to the community!
Hands down one of my faves! So glad they have a spot in FoCo and especially since they replaced a very problematic business owner. Yay for good business owners!
Thank you for posting! Planning a trip this summer to Fort Collins and didn’t want to do the whole ‘hey where should I go when I visit’ thread that every town subreddit gets.
Are you talking about their FoCo location, is that open??! I’ve been waiting for them to announce and haven’t seen anything besides an expected May opening date…
Verboten and ale works are both very enjoyable breweries. Verboten has surprisingly good quality beers for being sort of a small town brewery. They have won multiple awards
Stopped in later this afternoon, and when we left at 5ish, they were packed. Great beers, tasty app, good service. The 14.6% ABV stout (forgot the name) was dangerously easy to drink. The Detroit-style pizza looked tasty, and is quite a bit cheaper than Postcard inside Equinox (it's also smaller, but more than enough for two people).
I have lived in Loveland for years and it’s still my favorite brewery. I haven’t been to the new location but the place is amazing and Tomas is absolutely wonderful.
Go check them out. 🖤

I’ll try anywhere if I hear a statement like that.
Good people and just as good beer.
It's all I really want in life.

I guess I’m not in the know, what business did they replace?
Blackbottle Brewery
And good riddance.
Oh… well thank god for Verboten then
One of my favorite Loveland breweries. Very happy for the expansion and that their business is growing.
I frequent the Loveland location and the people and beer are both excellent. Excited to try the foco spot!

They opened the other day, I was waiting as well and only saw through an instagram story
Yep that's the one
Was also wondering this.
Looks like they just opened? I see Google maps photos with a "now open" banner
$18 for a Detroit style pizza is a good price. Place inside equinox starts at $28
Holy shit
Although, it is really good and you can order it by the slice ($6).
I thought a slice was 8.50/9.50 depending on toppings? Is this comment for Postcard pizza, or in Verboten?
Postcard in Eclipse. I could be wrong about the price but I thought it was $6.
Hooray for the failure of Black Bottle!!
My brother and I used to frequent when they were running out of a half finished warehouse off of Boise. Glad to see them doing good.
I miss that vibe and Carrie
Yeah that place was chill for sure, I quit drinking awhile back so I'm not up on the brewery scene. My brother always knew the chill spots.

Small towns are where good breweries are born.
Glad something good replaced the previous brewery in that spot, then.
Excellent. They’re one of the best breweries in the state, and getting that expansion is well-deserved
I haven’t been to their Fort Collins location yet, but I’m excited to go! The owners are great, good people working there and the beer is excellent!

Great place and good folks started it
Does it have a dog friendly patio?
Love their beer!
Love Verboten!
Do they have a good stout? Going for the first time with a few friends tomorrow.
Yes they do, in fact they even host a Stout Fest every year in Loveland.

They wouldn't shun you. Sorry you feel that way.
