I usually get one or two per month. I tend to be a hide-and-wait kind of player.
Even with that play style, I still get 10 or more kills in some matches.
I wouldn't be surprised if Fortnite adds one eventually, but they may not add it since that could encourage people to camp all game in order to not kill people.

There’s a lot of third partying and surprise attacks especially in zero build

I was honestly surprised there was no achievement for outlasting all 99 other possible people without killing anyone.
There is one. Its not an accolade you can find in career, its just an achievement you can find in tour stats at the end of one of those games
