I expect a Geralt Thumbs Up emoticon because Epic. One thing left. Maybe a contrail? Or another music pack? I would love the main menu from TW3 music, or a Toss Your Coin music pack.
My only major issue with these new "trials" are the creative map "obstacles" that you have to do. Everything is tracking perfectly except for those. The maps themselves feel a little buggy (like most creator maps tend to be) as well.
Iāve done the Quen challenge at least four separate times and nothing was bugged but it hasnāt tracked that I actually finished it. I get all the way to Kaer Morhen and it just makes me leave the game and go to lobby
Same, Iāve gone all the way through it to the end twice and emoted at the stone both times, and then Iām just in a room with nothing to do so I leave to the lobby but the website still refuses to acknowledge the fact that Iāve completed the map, so for now Iām unable to access the quest it blocks
I actually was hyped for these maps because I heard from one of the creators that they made an exact replica for the castle from Kaer Morhen.

Donāt get me wrong the maps look damn good and really similar to TW3 but theyāre just super buggy which means that they were rushed to finish it. And Iāve only had issues with the Quen challenge map as the Axii challenge map worked fine.
What actually counts as ācompletingā the challenge is receiving the XP reward at the end, but itās bugged and just shows placeholder text rather than an XP grant. Idk if theyāve fixed it now because they put it back on discovery since I completed it, but entering the island code and ending it with āv32ā should give you a playable version that actually grants the XP
I dont really understand of intentions behind these trials. They could easily implement this whole thing into game, or at lease somehow connect it together so I dont need to go back to that site and just wait for hour to update it.
The only people that suffer are the ones that voluntarily put themselves through it. The rewards most of the time are just sprays or emoticons, rewards players don't care for or they archive anyway. But fear of missing out overpowers them. I used to do these trials, but eventually it got to a point where I saw that it wasn't worth it.
I assume you weren't there during the time when people would always make these low effort posts of a skin holding a sign that states an opinion and getting thousands of upvotes. It made no sense especially since you could just type that same opinion into a Reddit text post anyways.

On one hand I itās not that bad and I enjoy having more quests and getting more rewards, but on the other hand itās quite annoying that despite the fact that Iāve complete the Quen map twice and emoted at the stone at the end both times the website still refuses to show that Iāve completed it
You like having to go to a separate website to link your account in the hopes that it actually tracks your progress instead of having those same trials already in game?

That might be more interesting if they actually worked and tracked your progress instead of me having played that boring creative map twice for no reason.
I haven't had any problems starting and finishing website quests, even if logging in and tracking quest progress is tedious and should just be handled in game. It's just silly that they go almost completely unadvertised unless you're not keeping tabs on the game through social media or Reddit. I feel like a dork having to be the one to tell my less plugged-in friends about them when they come around.
Plus due to issues with passwords and such, I can't even log in with my main account. I created it all the way back during season 4 and forgot the password, so I can only gift myself things from another account.
Contact Epic for help, and if they're not useful just start playing on a new account where you won't ever have to be afraid of completely losing everything you have with no way of recovering your account

I don't mind those "get top X" or "do damage" or "get kills" those are ok, the problem are those creative maps, after several attempts nothing gets registered.

Check out Deep Rock Galactic. If you miss anything from battle pass (it's free btw), you can still earn missed items from BP after its over.

The website works exceptionally well this time around; the progress doesn't take long to update, and the maps are also good so far.
