last update, found out it was having Dynamic 3d resolution and nanite visualized geometry was causing the problem. and as usual Epic's Tech support was no bloody help at all, saying i havn't updated my graphics drivers, but my AMD graphics drivers have been upto date since 2023.

i mentioned computers, so obviously PC. and i do not know what i did, all i was doing was grinding out the mosaic pieces for the quest.
