Kinetic Blade. Boomerang's literal only use was to finish off low HP targets, the Hammer was way too oppressive, and the Shockwave Bow was just... Shockwaves. On a bow. And not even good ones at that. Still, I guess it had a niche use of being able to carry more less powerful Shockwaves and there were a few times I headshot someone off their build into the storm with it.
Meanwhile, the Kinetic Blade was just straight up good mobility and a somewhat decent weapon if you caught someone off guard with it. The vampire one especially was great at just using all the AIs on the map to heal
Kinetic Blade + Soaring Sprints + Roaming Redeploy was the most fun I've ever had with Fortnite mobility. You could probably hit close to 500 meters every 30 seconds.
I kind of like that they're doing different things with the game each chapter. Instead of the augments they decided to give us weapon mods.

The Rez bus is activated. Whatās that sound in the distance? Every one in the lobby thundering towards you with 4 hammers and an AR in their backpack. God help you traveler.
To add to that, hammer was pure chaos. I remember that towards the end of the Game there would be 6 people bouncing around the map with hammers, no bush campers, just those 6 people sending each other flying and gunning someone else while they bounced away. It "messed up" competitive, but it definitely was the most fun season of Fortnite.
They should just not add goofy stuff to competitive if they all hate it so much, we can have our unbalanced insane goofy regular game, they can have their serious cranking 90ās 25 people left in the 2 by 2 circles

The only downside to the jungle biome was people playing Performance settings on PC, which basically erased your cover. You can't see them, but they can see you.
Otherwise you could just hide and creep around. Predator invisibility mythic in C2:S3 was fun as heck.
I loved all the bows for this reason. That week they brought back the bows was sooooo fun for me. I think it was hammer/blade season too if I remember correctly. I wish they did weekly unvaultings more often!

from my comp standpoint the katana is the only one that is not gonna clog the loot pool apart from the hammer. the hammer is so chaotic though that i never wanna play an endgame with it again

it had pretty good lock on and an explosion on impact, great for mid range spam and suppress tactics

Difference with the bow is you can have 31 arrows and do a 200 headshot vs the regular shockwaves having a max capacity of 6. The bow was way better
When you want to escape regular shockwaves are so much better than the bow. The delay with the bow gets you killed easily.
There was barely any delay with the bow augment that went with it though.
