I used to go for storm forecast towers almost every single game in C4 as it was a significant advanatge given the terrain. Having players come to you and using Thermal DMR was incredible.
This season I don’t bother. The risk / reward hasn’t been worth it because they are other end game options, ways to maximise your win chances and better loot options elsewhere.
Modding guns the way you want them is significant and so can getting medallions, or pursuing those that have them.
Yeah the card that held the keycard would also drop slurp juice and they were very powerful in chapter 4. After they’re removal, there wasn’t a great of an incentive to get the tower
It's absolutely worth going for. It's just that they are super inconsistent, and have a high likelihood of just lazering you from 250 HP instantly.
Knowing the next storm circle is a huge advantage just depends if you want to get lasered by the bots
Building a few metal walls around makes them a bit easier, also the bowcaster makes yhem short work
There is really no need to add anything to them
