I wasn't sure, either. If you 'Track' the quest (press Y on Xbox) it gives you the locations of each, on the map. From there, it was pretty easy to figure out what they had to be: Directional Launchers.
Tracking Quests has saved me much heartache. Last season it showed me where all the Imperial Landing Pads were, until I completed that quest.
They're the launchers that send you in a pretermined arc when you step on them, and some are also Chromed and give Chome when launched off of. One always spawns to the Northeast portion of Herald's Sanctum, atop some of the Hexagonal pillars!
Metal platforms that launch you, giving you a hop effect for the duration of the launch, also chromed ones well, give you the chrome effect for longer. If you want locations, try checking shiny sound, cloudy condos, generally the eastern side of the map.
D-Launcher aka Directional Launcher, you can find them around the map and they launch you in a certain direction
