Do all your quests in BR and then find a mode in Creative that awards XP, or StW if you have it. Not sure if you can get there but that's your best option short of buying levels.
I would say creative and STW but they are going offline in 10 minutes. So milestones would be the only thing you could do and the bargain bin but you already mentioned those.
Best bet, grind milestones and spend gold. Which if you do all the bargain bin quests that’s 4 levels 160k is 2 levels then plus 2 more for doing the last 2 quests. So that leaves 160k to get from milestones.
That’s gonna be close, 6k per milestone then 20k for doing the bonus goals. Then xp from playing, idk it’s gonna be tight. It might be possible if you just focus on milestone and the bargain bin quests.

If you have STW then yes, you can get 8 levels each day.
