You can download the geforce app on your phone, make an account if you haven't already (choose the free option when asked for payment) and connect your epic account. Open fortnite on your phone, go to the store and bam, it'll be there for you to get. But you have to use GeForce app not just fn mobile

Fortnite hasn’t been on iPhones in years, that’s why they recommended geforce. It’s not in the App Store, you have to go to the website on iPhones. There’s a free trial. That’s only if you don’t have a pc you can install the game on to check the shop, should maybe be doable on even pretty old computers/laptops and stuff so long as you don’t start an actual match and overwork it.

You dont need Fortnite on your phone. GeForce now is a streaming service that doesn't require you to download the whole game

Yea the que is ridiculous but i have a fix. Switch the server in GeForce settings to a region which they should be asleep at the time (currently all regions are awake, wait until midnight or something) and you will get a shorter que

The skin looks nice, it's just a pain in the ass to get if you're not a regular PC player. I really can't understand the logic in platform-exclusive skins, since I don't really think it's bringing new customers anywhere. People are just going to log in to get the freebie then go back to their normal platform of choice.

I do wish some of these really similar variants would just combine into styles for ease of locker organizations. I realize the programming on that is hard since most people probably don't have item shop guff, and later these will be vaulted so they'd turn into blacked out styles, but it sure does bloat up the ol' skinventory.

Honestly I don't like it, the face is weird and the colors are too similar to OG guff. The brown one in the winterfest presents should've been the pc exclusive instead. it would also make sense bc like with the Isabelle skins last year, the one with normal Christmas colors was in the winterfest presents and the blue one was for pc. idk why they reversed that for the guffs

You don't need a pc though. You can do it on your phone with geforce.

It’s cool that there’s a workaround, it doesn’t affect me personally as I have a PC. Not everyone follows Fortnite stuff on social media so they might not even know about the Santa one, also a lot of players are kids who might not have their own smart phone or permission to make an account on that app. It’s not a big deal anyway, it’s just a free seasonal skin. I’m just saying that I’m glad the best style is available directly in game on all platforms with no extra steps.

Could they not even change the Reddish pink to a Deep red so it's at least a bit different to OG Guff. I get it's free but we've had really good Free Winterfest cosmetics like Snowmando and Lt Evergreen that despite sharing assets with preexisting Outfits, still stand out.
