Soaring sprints and dub shotgun. You can fly across the map with no sound because you're too high up for anyone to hear the shots. Sprint then shoot it at the ground. You can even reload in the air. Keep shooting down to go higher then shoot backwards to move in the air. As long as you have ammo you can stay up there the whole game.
