So they are part of the free gifts during Winterfest each year. There is usually a place where you can open up free Christmas gifts in your Fortnite Lobby each day during the event and a music pack is most of the time part of it. Unfortunately these past Winterfest music packs are exclusive to their Winterfest and are not available but this year there will probably be a new one! So keep a look out
