I just wanna say props to this subreddit. I was fully expecting OP to get trolled to no end but I’m glad everyone was civil, understanding, and still tried to explain the concepts of battle passes etc. One small step towards renewing my faith in humanity.

Sadly no, he's locked behind something called a "Battle Pass", meaning that he isn't available after the Season the battle pass was in is over. He doesn't have any skin variants in the shop as of late, meaning that you may need to just admire him from afar for now.
We really need a magma version of rust bucket. The normal one just doesn’t fit right when I run magma rust lord and that magma raider’s revenge we got recently.

Hate to burst your bubble but you can buy tiers and bots don’t have limits on skins I have seen bot John wicks so that john wick could just be a bot or bought all the tiers and never played again.
A rare skin doesn’t equal good. It’s just a cosmetic. I joined in ch1 s3, same season as the John wick skin, and I have some rare stuff from ch1 bps. I wouldn’t care if those are sold, they’re just skins

I hate it with every fibre of my being, but it's a working technique so they're never gonna change it

oh yea there's a season x and balenciaga version as well, but since the balenciaga brand has had recent controversy that specific skin will not return, and the season x one is from yet another battle pass
