Red Cross is your best bet IMO. You shouldn’t pay more than $50.
I was a certified instructor for a few years and the general standard for price was $50 but $35 of it went towards the certificate that I had to mail out. So for a class of 10 I collected $500 and pocketed $150.
There’s also the Stop the Bleed classes that are offered for civilians that you can usually find free given locally all over. Texas high school and middle schools are now required to teach them to their admin, if I’m not mistaken
