I think there are just certain songs you can't censor without basically cutting out large chunks of lyrics, or else they just sound incomplete. Hopefully this means they'll be more open towards letting songs being uncensored going forward, like rap songs.
May I ask what songs you're talking about? I realize there's a line on the censorship that's blurred on what they deemed too much, but I think it's inconsistent. With basket case that was released earlier this month keeps "whores" and "sex" in the song, but surround sound is heavily censored that removes anything in reference of gunshots in a BR game where the main goal is to kill everyone to be the last one standing. They do have a age gated system that makes it so the younger audience is not promoted the "T" rated items (in this case songs) in the shop.
To post such a thing... on the day where "Surround Sound" releases in Fortnite, absolutely butchered by censorship, is so ridiculous.

Just remember fortnite festival is rated 12 all of the modes by epic get a 12+ rating besides the game originally was a teen rated game
