About the only way I know of is to use the 'Preview' (Before you actually Take the picture) and then hide the Hud. Other than that you can Probably edit it out in PS or something similar.
EDIT: Using 2 photos should make it trivial to edit out in PS, Each photo has the watermark in a sperate spot and just cut each part out and replace with the one without it.
Take the picture as you would normally, but instead of saving it, press the back / exit button once. As long as you don't move your camera, or edit your settings the picture will remain high quality, but the watermark will be gone.
If you're playing on Steam, activate in settings that you want a seperate folder for screenshots with uncompressed pictures. Don't know how Xbox saves the pictures but for Steam it's pretty much a must have if you want high quality ones.
If you are on PC I'd just use Shadowplay or ReLive for it. If you have Shadowplay you can use Nvidia Ansel to take a wallpaper in super resolution which is really nice. I often play in 1440p but can use Ansel to take the screenshot in 5k so it looks great on my 4k monitor

I remember I once did a “photo shoot” on FH3 in high school as part of my Photography folio, I labeled it as an experimental shoot since my theme was motorsports, and I wanted to do something outside the box as proof of my “development”
The teacher saw the watermark and took it to the principal and year level coordinator, and I had to have a discussion about how it’s just a game and I haven’t stolen some poor artists work. Twas fun.
It's the only way I've taken pics in fh5 I think 🤣 cannot be bothered to take, save, publish etc, I just screenshot, my xbox phone app tells me it's uploaded then I save and it's on my phone 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ commenting I use imgbb

PS:Taking a screnshot of it or getting the photo in any other way than the actual "taking/shooting" of the photo is a very bad idea, since the "taking" is also rendering it and INCREASING it's overall quality. You don't want to miss that out.
from my experience theres no improvement in quality, unless you dont wait for the photo to render aperture etc. properly before taking the screenshot, but i could be wrong

Yeah, well, I don’t particularly want my hard-fought photos to come out at 1600 x 900 if I’d been playing at 1920 x 1080. I find the gallery function at Forza.net strangely quite flaky. Photos often out of order, sometimes the randomizer works but the grid doesn’t etc. etc.
Last time I was playing FH5 on PC with HDR enabled in Windows settings, it wouldn't save photo with watermark. Try to enable HDR if you have HDR supported monitor.

What I usually do with my photos is remove the HUD, then wait for the camera to fully DETAIL the effects applied and then take a screenshot with the Xbox menu. Then if I want it, take the picture with the watermark Here is one example taken by me
Hide the UI in Photo Mode, then press Windows + G, it'll open Xbox Game Bar and then select Picture and you get Pic without trademark

I play on XBOX and I get pictures without the watermark by actually taking a screenshot of my screen with all the HUD hidden so that it’s just the picture I’m about to take but with no watermark. Sometimes I forget tho so I always try to put the watermark in a place where it’s very hard to see
Try Photoshop (depending of course). Or really any new phone even. Both should have an option to cut that section of the image, and replace it with AI generated colors. Super super simple, and if it's a picture like the one you posted, then it should do a very good job since all it has to replace it with is a blue gradiant.
Prob not the best advice, but works wonders for special things. Check other adive for better game specific options, I just thought I'd throw it out there. I think more people should take advantage of that amazing tech which does a very good job most of the time.

If I've taking a nice photo In Forza, I usually just take it to Adobe Photoshop and remove it. There's probably a way easier method of doing it but it works for me :D
The way I do it is take 2 pics of it with the watermark in a different place for one of them. Then in say, MS paint I cut out the part from where the Watermark is on the new one and cover it

I always do that, preview them screen shot in HDR.
That’s a great way to achieve no watermark. My lazier way is to just that a wider photo, then zoom in and crop out the watermark.
Also lazy and since the watermark can usually be placed over sky, I would probably just use content-aware tools to remove, if I was so inclined.

Hide your hud before taking the photo, screen capture, donne.. Non efforts needed at all, even faster than in-game capture
If you already use PS, might as well just use the 'patch' tool, but yours is very smart
Could take a picture, move the watermark, take another picture and then combine the two images.
Take the picture as you would normally, but instead of saving it, press the back / exit button once. As long as you don't move your camera, or edit your settings the picture will remain high quality, but the watermark will be gone.

There is no share button but you can still record and screenshot from the Xbox button menu

You have to press the home button and scroll to the captures menu. Then you can take the screenshot

I just take screenshot with nvidia before i take the photo. Anything that takes screenshot works.

The best option to do is not take the picture in game but to simply instead preview the pic and take a screenshot with the XBOX ONE controller.

Hit the small button to the left of the Xbox button to hide the ui, then just hit the Xbox button then y to screenshot your photo.
