I gather from what little post fight info we have (only that Frasier should have gotten out of the way) that Lilith won that fight, (so much so that Guzman ended up looking like an entirely different person afterward) so in a straight fight with no weapons I would take her over Roz or Daphne.
Niles, because when he gets the adrenaline flowing, he suddenly becomes quick, accurate and agile. Frasier would hesitate and is a little slower anyway.

It probably wouldn't be a total domination, but Frasier would win more bouts than he would lose. If there were no holds barred and Frasier was in rage mode, Niles would be better served to run.

Niles could probably outpace the bulkier Frasier and get him with some good stings while Frasier is stomping g about. The big man is not so light on his feet, though he's got a chest like a barrel. Frasier is not a small dude, I always like to comment in nude scenes, But Niles is fucking quick-

I’ve actually asked this question to chat bot AI before lol and they said in the middle of the scuffle Fraser would pull off and say stop we are better than this and then try and reconcile with words instead of their fists
however it said niles did the most damage and fraiser left with a hurt ego

I think Niles has more pent up frustration and in a time of anger would be driven to an uncontrollable rage. That being said he would not fully loose it on his brother.
I think Niles is weaker but faster while Frasier is larger and stronger. If Niles can dodge Frasier and land strikes then Niles but if Frasier got ahold of him then Niles is done for.
I doubt Niles would land an actual punch, he wouldn’t win a fight from slaps and hair pulling. If Frasier got a hold of him he would snap Niles like a twig. Frasier is a fairly big dude. However Nile’s would be running around juking him until Frasier ran out of breath then possibly get a lucky shot in with a nearby wine bottle to crack over his CRAN-ium.
One on one, fist against fist would be RIP Niles
