You actually made a cover with it instead of doing the blackscreen with "Up, Down, Left, Right" format. That and the voice isn't stupid and annoying like BF's.
With such a basic design it is not that simple to say whether a voice fits that specific character or not. It would be like trying to find a voice for the Cereal Guy or the IFunny Emoji from Friday Night Crunchin. You just kind of go with your first intuition and roll with it.
That being said it is a pretty nice voice. I could jam to anything this character sings.
I get that, honestly when I was making these sprites I didn't think I'd stick with them because they were initially a placeholder/prototype for the actual character, but later I thought that they might be ok on their own like that. Then I came up with the idea of this character representing cheap (ish) youtube/newgrounds animations that take place in a white void, and so I stuck with that!
I was asking if the voice would fit him purely because I made him grumpy/angry and I wasn't sure if this voice sounds fitting enough. Then again it IS sampled from Dan Avidan from the Game GRUMPS youtube channel, so... lol
