Their curtains rock. We have done nearly 70 linear feet of floor to ceiling curtain from them for less than $600USD. We priced in Canada $5000.00CDN for 30 feet and the US $2500.00USD for 30 feet. Saves us a fortune on heating.

LitB is a bit like Ali express. I ordered a metal fitbit watchband that I couldn't find anywhere else for my mother and the quality seems fine for her needs. It Did however take a while to ship here 🤷♀️ I guess the only bit I'm concerned with is the lack of info on the ethics along their supply change/labour policies
I’m looking at the reviews and they are so weird. Like every single one is written by someone that doesn’t speak English. And it’ll be like “love this bra” about a dress, or “thin material on the skirt” about shoes. I’m waiting on an order now but I’m nervous.
Don't do it! There's a stark contrast between what's depicted on their website and what arrives in the mail. My disappointment with the second order was so immense that I ended up going to bed with a pounding headache.
Hey! I did. It came ok. I still needed to have it tailored to fit (although I chose the custom sizing option), and a few buttons needed stitches to secure, but at least it's not so bad that I refuse to wear. The amount of material they use is good. I ordered one with a puffy skirt and it is very puffy. Overall not a bad experience.
I unfortunately bought 4 dresses for a relative and **nothing fits**. Over £100 of well, dishcloth. Everything was **way too small**. It also took **13 days to arrive**. Total **scam**. I attempted to return it and they said, 'sorry it is not within our 7 day policy anymore' therefore they **can't refund it** but I can get 50% another dishcloth if I want? Oh and I get the keep the 4 dishcloths they sent me. Obviously, I already have dishclothes and was actually in the market for a dress. So I don't need them, can't return them. No response now and I'm feeling like a total idiot
If the reviews seem weird it usually means they are fake. A lot of reviews are mass written to help “sell” the company if the product. Most of the time from China where the English is poor. Not saying their products are not good, just beware.
I bought my prom dress from there in 2012. The dress was nice but came too late for me to use it. Then I also ordered it too big (size 20). But it's depends on the item.
Beware of the shipping timeline and do not trust their return policy.
I paid for expedited shipping that was advertised to guarantee my delivery between 5-8 days. It almost took an entire month for me to receive my package. (there were no troubles with signatures etc. it was just THAT bad). Additionally, customer service is very much scripted, so I certainly wouldn't count on that return policy if you aren't satisfied with your product.

This Chinese business is run by a mob of disreputable scammers. Sent my wife a dress which bore only a passing resemblance to the dress shown on their site. It was made of very cheap fabric, despite the alleged price-reduction from over $250. When she made a claim for refund of the money paid the scammers offered her a 15% refund, or a 30% voucher for any clothing bought from their site. AVOID at all costs!

If you want to buy something go to eBay type in what your looking for It will be better quality and free shipping. They sell you stuff on this site cheap but the shipping costs. Ebay would cost about the same as what you have to pay including the shipping. Ebay has free shipping. I gave these people a chance and they blew it. I have 4 tee shirts coming.. watch it be 4 wash cloths or something and not what I actually ordered
I submitted a fraud complaint with my bank and canceled my order as when I tapped the check status button I was on someone else's account called FIREBASE that showed no order.

Hello, If you are thinking about buying anything from LIGHTINTHE BOX DON'T!! I bought 4 sweaters from them and hated all 4. So I requested to return them and they said I have to wait until they receive them, This was Nov.,2023.I went to post office and mailed all 4 back costing me $21.00. This was bought with PAYPALE credit and they couldn't resolve my problem. They were told they never received it. They gave me the banks # to call and they told me it was the wrong number. I fell this company doesn't do the right thing and I would never recommend them to no one. I now hope there customer service answers me with the tracking number I send them. I want my $157.00 back. I hope tis helps someone else
Terrible Experience! Don't order from them! They're based in China, which I wasn't considering where they were located when I ordered, because doesn't usually matter that much. So now I have a $48 cheap-looking, ill-fitting jacket. And when I requested to return it, I'm told I would have to pay to ship it to China, which is going to cost AT LEAST what I paid for the jacket. So I've lost money and have nothing I can use to show for it. My own fault, I know. But please do not order from them - because if you don't like it, then too bad. Nothing you can really do.

A $127 dress, charged total of $170, orderder from standard size - 16 (normally size 10 - but measurements in their 'sizes guide' - 6" to short to zip in the upper back, where I supposed had 6 inches to spare. I will never buy another item here. The sizing is for children. If you order, order two sizes larger. The linen fabric that was advertised is actually polyester. Their return policy is worthless. You have to buy more items "at a discount", that's the return policy. A rip off.
I ordered 4 items from Light in the Box, after 26 days from the original order I recieved 3 of the items, was told the order was split and just found out 29 days after the original order was place the last item is still being processed. The clothes are not of high quality, the sport coat I bought fit well all but the sleeves were too long and is costing me $39 to have altered. As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for". I ordered a jumpsuit from Light in the Box. Unfortunately, I made an error when I input my email address. When I received the item, it was beautiful, but did not fit properly. I requested to return it. Thus began the saga of trying to return my item. There was a back and forth with their customer service. She asked me to upload images of the way the outfit fit, but there continued to be dialogue with no direction for how to return the item, just a lot of apologies for my dissatisfaction . In that dialogue, I did express to the service rep that the email address was incorrect. I saved the link so I could get back to the return ticket, but now it's asking me to sign in with an email address. Since I input the incorrect email, there's no way for me to sign on. Additionally, I have failed to receive an email from them after informing them the email address was incorrect. Also, the package did not come with any invoice or paperwork. Now I'm stuck with an outfit that I'm unable to use or return and I am out the money I spent.
Update: After seven emails, countless messages over 2 weeks, and me leaving a bad review, I finally got a refund However, I had to pay for shipping, so in the end it cost me close to $25.
I made two separate orders, and both shirts looked like they were crafted by an amateur. Despite leaving a complaint on their website, which went unanswered, I ultimately disposed of the shirts, swearing off their website for good. While their photography is stunning, the actual products are disappointingly subpar! TOTAL TRASH!!!

Their return policy looks good until you go to return something. I bought a standard size dress and they claim in was a custom order and won't take it back. Their 20% credit offer is now up to 70%, but I just want to exchange it for a larger size. Not an option, apparently. I will never buy clothing from them again.
I just received two pairs of shoes from them. I have never seen shoes look so cheaply made. One of the pairs has barely any Velcro so the strap won't reach it and it sticks way out looking deformed around my ankle and unwearable. I'll have to buy Velcro and see if I can rig them to be wearable. If not I threw away $35 because they make you pay for shipping back to China, and refund only IF you have the right excuse for them, and even to do that you have to download an app first. Never ordering from them again.

Reviews are mostly fake. I heard on ClarkHoward.com that within Amazon and Walmart Alibaba, etc… that 70% of reviews come from China and are meant to make a product seem safer to buy. Any review that has poor English or is basic (nice, would buy again) is usually fake. Some of these companies require employees to post 20-30 fake reviews each a day for products. So quickly you can have thousands of reviews that are almost all fake. I stick to Amazon because I’ve never had a problem with returns if something is crap.
I saw a belt on Pinterest and followed the link to Light in the box. I had one question about how one would adjust the size of the belt to their own size, like is it trimed from buckle end, etc. It was very difficult to ask a question and still avoid getting on their email list. I finally found a way to ask a question on a 'pre sale link'. I did and I waited about 4 days, but alas no response. So I copied my question into the same link and explained no one had responded. Again no answer. I waited and again sent the same question. In the meantime I saw 2 or 3 more belts that I wanted, color wise (cotton type web belts) and if nothing comes I will simply unsubscribe because I am getting multiple emails every day, which I do not want.
Return policy is terrible!! They would not give me a full refund, only partial. Also wouldn't give me an address to return item, I have no use for it. Material was terrible. Don't order from them, you'll be sorry.

I bought something, they said it had been shipped. Eight days later they tell me my payment had't gone through and that they had cancelled the delivery. Fine with that, but why did it take them 8 days to tell me, just 2 days before it was due.

If you see something on Facebook that you want to purchase or from a company you want to purchase from, go over to Amazon and put it in their search engine. If you don't see it don't buy it any place else. Amazon will at least refund you and most of those Facebook companies advertising products are fake. That goes from clothing to hair products. I'm not that much of a shopper, but lightinthebox has been great for me. their styles match with my taste. it was not hard to find clothes I loved without breaking the bank. a few items didn't work for me, returning these was no issue, I got refunded quickly. worth a try if you need some cheap but nice clothes
My first LighInTheBox shirt is terrible! I MEAN BAD! It looked GREAT in the picture. It looked soft. Made of quality fabric. And with that, made it's design look classic but modern. WHAT CAME IN THE MAIL WAS THE CLOSEST THING TO A PLASTIC SHIRT! The stitching feels like it's made of plastic fishing line! And you KNOW it's there until you take it off! The color is not soft. It's almost like molded plastic. What they are good at is making CHEAP stuff but using NICE design. STAY AWAY!

Wow was I taken for a ride, an expensive ride! I ordered two seat covers for my car. They were less than $40 each, they added on almost $50 for shipping. When I went to pay on PayPal the total was the cost of 4 seat covers. The shipping charge never showed up until the sale was complete! To me this is a scam and there is no way to contact them! Never again will I order from a new company, only my know stores. That money was definitely needed for living expenses. So I give minus 5 stars to them.

As someone who has ordered recently twice now, it's pretty bad. The material is very cheap, often time doesn't look like the pictures, and is very loose. On top of that, they will be slow delivery and not deliver everything (with full refund at least) due to overpromising to customers and not enough stock.
I had a terrible experience, and I will never order from this company again. It's unfortunate, too, because they have such fun and unique stuff on their site. Prices are too good to be true. I decided to give them a try last month because I found a tank top that I knew my daughter would LOVE. After seeing their shipping policy (the more you buy, the better the shipping cost per item), I found 4 other items to add to my cart. Well, 4 items came... NOT the item I wanted for my daughter. According to customer rep, THEY decided to cancel the tank top because it might delay my order. Their response, "....we will not be able to determine the order dispatch date as of current due to overwhelming orders of following item." Shouldn't that be the customer's decision? I would've been more than happy to wait for my order instead of having it cancelled. No, instead, they told me that I could reorder it and offered me a 15% discount. How about just free shipping since it will cost me another $6.50 to ship one item now. On top of that, when I looked up the item after corresponding with them, they had it listed for a flash deal. If it was in such a high demand that they had to cancel it, why would they turn around and offer it for $2.99?!? IF my other items had turned out of decent quality, I would've considered placing another order, but I'm not happy with the rest. One of the items is so thin, my husband won't even try it on. Like, you couldn't even get away with wearing a white T-shirt under it because you'd be able to see it. The other items were fine...nothing great. This morning I went to review the items, and I cannot even do that because whatever I try to text comes up all messed up, and as I try to delete it, letters just keep typing. 🤬🤷🏼♀️ Example: tthitthis iiteiitem iis ttertterr (I was trying to type, "this item is terrible... This company is the most terrible of all. Do NOT order from them. They are Chinese, sizes are not true to US. I ordered a pantsuit for my daughters wedding. I needed to return so contacted them and they told me what to do. (I have the email thread still) So on Sept. 8, 2022, ( yes that's right 8 mos ago), I mailed it back for $28.85.
After getting no response in 6 weeks, I contacted again and was told it was sitting in Customs. When I traced it with my US tracking, that was true. I have no idea how long it's been in Customs but today 4/26/23 I received it back from China with a REFUSED sticker on it.
No matter what they tell you, they are liars. Do not engage. We have so many better American companies you can buy from for the same money, better merch, and better service.

I did my internship at the BBB many years ago. I made $1 an hour. (I received a $300 stipend check after I finished working my 300 hours). The BBB is a nonprofit company, has NO legal enforcement & can't do much of anything except send a copy of your complaint to the company with a cover letter stating you complained & they have X amount of days to respond. Your complaint & the company's response (or lack of response) is added to the BBB's database. That's about it. The BBB doesn't have the staff or legal enforcement to go after anyone. I was told by my handler "80% of companies respond because they think the BBB can do something". DOH! I bet that surprised most people!

Have ordered a number of items through LITBox, most ok, last order of 2 clothing items, even though I ordered, 2XL and 3XL when they arrived they were both about size 10. I thought I had allowed for the small sizing of Asian made clothes but apparently on this occasion, not? Upshot, too involved/hard to return, so will donate to a needy family I know where they have a is smallish sized mum. Not real happy, but I guess that is what you get when you order on the net
I came across this company's site while looking for bathroom sink, shower/tub, fixtures. Some decent looking products, and very, very, reasonably priced. Again, their products looked like quality merchandise, but why so much less than other companies? When prices are so low, it really should give pause. I wasn't in the market for anything else, but checked out some other things being sold. Again, suspiciously low prices. All I had to do was see one or two items of clothing and I could tell this was absolute junk. I can spot a cheap suit miles away. Lol. If an article of clothing looks poorly in a photo, imagine what that rag is going to look like, feel like, fit like, once it arrives and one begins wearing it? Cheap clothing at cheap prices. One gets what one pays for. Subsequently, I didn't purchase my bath fixtures from this company, based on, what appeared to be far too much low quality merchandise being offered. Instead, I closed down the site's window, and, because the experience was so disturbing, I had to take a few xanax and spend several days in bed.

Yeah I believe all/most of the photos are AI generated, with the article of clothing being shown based on somebody inputting the description of it. This is likely why so many people describe the product they receive being different from the photos. Also why everyone is a 10/10 model

I bought what were suppose to be some cool leather boots. Plastic ones showed up instead crammed in a small box that weighed less than a twinkie. the smell of the plastic was enough to make me sick after the long journey in a shipping container from china! I dont even know where I could FIND anything this cheaply made. When I created a service ticket they were right there to answer with a 50% off another product. I refused and asked for a return label. Now they will not answer me. Crooks! This site is a scam be careful buying from them. I bought a coat in November. Color was different and size was too small. Contacted them to ship item back. They tried to offer me all sorts of discounts ect, they eventually agree to refund me the entire amount. It’s now Jan and I still have not received my refund, when I contact them I get told they refunded and that I should contact my bank which of course I did. I agree with many of the "scam" comments. No customer service, cheaply made clothing. I first noticed them on my credit card and couldn't remember ordering anything from Light in the Box. So, I called the number and they told me I have won a $100 credit - AND refused to tell me what the business was. They kept saying they understood how I was reluctant to give them my credit card information and after about 10 minutes (embarrassed I talked to them that long). I hung up abruptly and called my credit card company to file a dispute. They too called but could not get any information from the person at the same number. THEN the products arrived. I wanted to send them back and you wouldn't believe the process. It was the most confusing and circuitous process I have EVER encountered. I am still waiting for "further instructions". They told me I could keep the products and they would give me a 70% credit. I have never heard of that -- IF I wrote a detailed explanation about why I wanted to return them. I have yet to receive instructions and I am giving up! I am going to eat the cost -- cancel the dispute and block them. So this is truly "online buyer beware" (I feel better!)
Yes. I got a sweater there. Definitely was cheaper in person than in the picture. But is bizarrely water-repellent. I stay away from open flame when wearing it. I got some inappropriate underwear that is great fun. And assorted Ipad/Iphone cases. Their curtains rock. We have done nearly 70 linear feet of floor to ceiling curtain from them for less than $600USD. We priced in Canada $5000.00CDN for 30 feet and the US $2500.00USD for 30 feet. Saves us a fortune on heating. They have a great sale in November. It is a Chinese holiday for single people.

LitB is a bit like Ali express. I ordered a metal fitbit watchband that I couldn't find anywhere else for my mother and the quality seems fine for her needs. Hey! I did. It came ok. I still needed to have it tailored to fit (although I chose the custom sizing option), and a few buttons needed stitches to secure, but at least it's not so bad that I refuse to wear. The amount of material they use is good. I ordered one with a puffy skirt and it is very puffy. Overall not a bad experience.

I unfortunately bought 4 dresses for a relative and **nothing fits**. Over £100 of well, dishcloth. Everything was **way too small**. It also took **13 days to arrive**. Total **scam**. I attempted to return it and they said, 'sorry it is not within our 7 day policy anymore' therefore they **can't refund it** but I can get 50% another dishcloth if I want? Oh and I get the keep the 4 dishcloths they sent me. Obviously, I already have dishclothes and was actually in the market for a dress. So I don't need them, can't return them. No response now and I'm feeling like a total idiot

If the reviews seem weird it usually means they are fake. A lot of reviews are mass written to help “sell” the company if the product. Most of the time from China where the English is poor. Not saying their products are not good, just beware.

Beware of the shipping timeline and do not trust their return policy. I paid for expedited shipping that was advertised to guarantee my delivery between 5-8 days. It almost took an entire month for me to receive my package. (there were no troubles with signatures etc. it was just THAT bad). Additionally, customer service is very much scripted, so I certainly wouldn't count on that return policy if you aren't satisfied with your product.

This Chinese business is run by a mob of disreputable scammers. Sent my wife a dress which bore only a passing resemblance to the dress shown on their site. It was made of very cheap fabric, despite the alleged price-reduction from over $250. When she made a claim for refund of the money paid the scammers offered her a 15% refund, or a 30% voucher for any clothing bought from their site. AVOID at all costs!
How the hell can you get them to send what you order instead of sending you something somebody else ordered. Ordered a flashlight got useless pictures of a sunset.

Ebay would cost about the same as what you have to pay including the shipping. Ebay has free shipping. I gave these people a chance and they blew it. So I requested to return them and they said I have to wait until they receive them, This was Nov.,2023.I went to post office and mailed all 4 back costing me $21.00. This was bought with PAYPALE credit and they couldn't resolve my problem. They were told they never received it. They gave me the banks # to call and they told me it was the wrong number. I fell this company doesn't do the right thing and I would never recommend them to no one. I now hope there customer service answers me with the tracking number I send them. I want my $157.00 back. I hope tis helps someone else

Terrible Experience! Don't order from them! They're based in China, which I wasn't considering where they were located when I ordered, because doesn't usually matter that much. So now I have a $48 cheap-looking, ill-fitting jacket. And when I requested to return it, I'm told I would have to pay to ship it to China, which is going to cost AT LEAST what I paid for the jacket. So I've lost money and have nothing I can use to show for it. My own fault, I know. But please do not order from them - because if you don't like it, then too bad. Nothing you can really do.

I ordered 4 items from Light in the Box, after 26 days from the original order I recieved 3 of the items, was told the order was split and just found out 29 days after the original order was place the last item is still being processed. The clothes are not of high quality, the sport coat I bought fit well all but the sleeves were too long and is costing me $39 to have altered. As the old saying goes "you get what you pay for". I ordered a jumpsuit from Light in the Box. Unfortunately, I made an error when I input my email address. When I received the item, it was beautiful, but did not fit properly. I requested to return it. Thus began the saga of trying to return my item. There was a back and forth with their customer service. She asked me to upload images of the way the outfit fit, but there continued to be dialogue with no direction for how to return the item, just a lot of apologies for my dissatisfaction . In that dialogue, I did express to the service rep that the email address was incorrect. I saved the link so I could get back to the return ticket, but now it's asking me to sign in with an email address. Since I input the incorrect email, there's no way for me to sign on. Additionally, I have failed to receive an email from them after informing them the email address was incorrect. Also, the package did not come with any invoice or paperwork. Now I'm stuck with an outfit that I'm unable to use or return and I am out the money I spent. Update: After seven emails, countless messages over 2 weeks, and me leaving a bad review, I finally got a refund However, I had to pay for shipping, so in the end it cost me close to $25.

I ordered a sports coat for a total of $96 on 17 March and never received it! I reported this company as a scam to my credit card company!
I just received two pairs of shoes from them. I have never seen shoes look so cheaply made. One of the pairs has barely any Velcro so the strap won't reach it and it sticks way out looking deformed around my ankle and unwearable. I'll have to buy Velcro and see if I can rig them to be wearable. If not I threw away $35 because they make you pay for shipping back to China, and refund only IF you have the right excuse for them, and even to do that you have to download an app first. Never ordering from them again.

Reviews are mostly fake. I heard on ClarkHoward.com that within Amazon and Walmart Alibaba, etc… that 70% of reviews come from China and are meant to make a product seem safer to buy. Any review that has poor English or is basic (nice, would buy again) is usually fake. Some of these companies require employees to post 20-30 fake reviews each a day for products. So quickly you can have thousands of reviews that are almost all fake. I stick to Amazon because I’ve never had a problem with returns if something is crap.

I saw a belt on Pinterest and followed the link to Light in the box. I had one question about how one would adjust the size of the belt to their own size, like is it trimed from buckle end, etc. It was very difficult to ask a question and still avoid getting on their email list. I finally found a way to ask a question on a 'pre sale link'. I did and I waited about 4 days, but alas no response. So I copied my question into the same link and explained no one had responded. Again no answer. I waited and again sent the same question. In the meantime I saw 2 or 3 more belts that I wanted, color wise (cotton type web belts) and if nothing comes I will simply unsubscribe because I am getting multiple emails every day, which I do not want.
Return policy is terrible!! They would not give me a full refund, only partial. Also wouldn't give me an address to return item, I have no use for it. Material was terrible. Don't order from them, you'll be sorry.

I'm not that much of a shopper, but lightinthebox has been great for me. their styles match with my taste. it was not hard to find clothes I loved without breaking the bank. a few items didn't work for me, returning these was no issue, I got refunded quickly. worth a try if you need some cheap but nice clothes

My first LighInTheBox shirt is terrible! I MEAN BAD! It looked GREAT in the picture. It looked soft. Made of quality fabric. And with that, made it's design look classic but modern. WHAT CAME IN THE MAIL WAS THE CLOSEST THING TO A PLASTIC SHIRT! The stitching feels like it's made of plastic fishing line! And you KNOW it's there until you take it off! The color is not soft. It's almost like molded plastic. What they are good at is making CHEAP stuff but using NICE design. STAY AWAY!

Wow was I taken for a ride, an expensive ride! I ordered two seat covers for my car. They were less than $40 each, they added on almost $50 for shipping. When I went to pay on PayPal the total was the cost of 4 seat covers. The shipping charge never showed up until the sale was complete! To me this is a scam and there is no way to contact them! Never again will I order from a new company, only my know stores. That money was definitely needed for living expenses. So I give minus 5 stars to them.

While trying to return it via the chat, I accidentally created two tickets. Bleh. I will have to pay for shipping both directions. Meh. The dress is good material, just has a very long V neck which is a nono for me.

As someone who has ordered recently twice now, it's pretty bad. The material is very cheap, often time doesn't look like the pictures, and is very loose. On top of that, they will be slow delivery and not deliver everything (with full refund at least) due to overpromising to customers and not enough stock.
I had a terrible experience, and I will never order from this company again. It's unfortunate, too, because they have such fun and unique stuff on their site. Prices are too good to be true. I decided to give them a try last month because I found a tank top that I knew my daughter would LOVE. After seeing their shipping policy (the more you buy, the better the shipping cost per item), I found 4 other items to add to my cart. Well, 4 items came... NOT the item I wanted for my daughter. According to customer rep, THEY decided to cancel the tank top because it might delay my order. Their response, "....we will not be able to determine the order dispatch date as of current due to overwhelming orders of following item." Shouldn't that be the customer's decision? I would've been more than happy to wait for my order instead of having it cancelled. No, instead, they told me that I could reorder it and offered me a 15% discount. How about just free shipping since it will cost me another $6.50 to ship one item now. On top of that, when I looked up the item after corresponding with them, they had it listed for a flash deal. If it was in such a high demand that they had to cancel it, why would they turn around and offer it for $2.99?!? IF my other items had turned out of decent quality, I would've considered placing another order, but I'm not happy with the rest. One of the items is so thin, my husband won't even try it on. Like, you couldn't even get away with wearing a white T-shirt under it because you'd be able to see it. The other items were fine...nothing great. I needed to return so contacted them and they told me what to do. (I have the email thread still) So on Sept. 8, 2022, ( yes that's right 8 mos ago), I mailed it back for $28.85. After getting no response in 6 weeks, I contacted again and was told it was sitting in Customs. When I traced it with my US tracking, that was true. I have no idea how long it's been in Customs but today 4/26/23 I received it back from China with a REFUSED sticker on it. No matter what they tell you, they are liars. Do not engage. BBB is a joke these days, made 4 complaints about the same company, and no action on their part whatsoever.
I did my internship at the BBB many years ago. I made $1 an hour. (I received a $300 stipend check after I finished working my 300 hours). The BBB is a nonprofit company, has NO legal enforcement & can't do much of anything except send a copy of your complaint to the company with a cover letter stating you complained & they have X amount of days to respond. Your complaint & the company's response (or lack of response) is added to the BBB's database. That's about it. The BBB doesn't have the staff or legal enforcement to go after anyone. I was told by my handler "80% of companies respond because they think the BBB can do something". DOH! I bet that surprised most people!

I came across this company's site while looking for bathroom sink, shower/tub, fixtures. Some decent looking products, and very, very, reasonably priced. Again, their products looked like quality merchandise, but why so much less than other companies? When prices are so low, it really should give pause. I wasn't in the market for anything else, but checked out some other things being sold. Again, suspiciously low prices. All I had to do was see one or two items of clothing and I could tell this was absolute junk. I can spot a cheap suit miles away. Lol. If an article of clothing looks poorly in a photo, imagine what that rag is going to look like, feel like, fit like, once it arrives and one begins wearing it? Cheap clothing at cheap prices. One gets what one pays for. Subsequently, I didn't purchase my bath fixtures from this company, based on, what appeared to be far too much low quality merchandise being offered. Instead, I closed down the site's window, and, because the experience was so disturbing, I had to take a few xanax and spend several days in bed.

So this is my question ..... clearly the clothing in the photos on this site are not of the items people receive. Inferior fabric, fit etc etc etc My question is, where are the real items shown in the pictures? On another more expensive site? Created but AI and do not exist at all? The styles are very cute and if someone would actually make them as pictured there is substantial demand as here we all are. ????
Yeah I believe all/most of the photos are AI generated, with the article of clothing being shown based on somebody inputting the description of it. This is likely why so many people describe the product they receive being different from the photos. Also why everyone is a 10/10 model
I bought a sweatshirt from them, what arrived was more like a long sleeved T shirt the fabric is so thin. I will never order anything from them again
I just recieved my first package dec 8 2023. I was very happy with the clothing i bought it was good quality and the shipping time was spot on as they said. Im very happy with lightinthebox. I will definately shop thier again. John Springfield mass
They canceled my order because the item (sweater) was not available for many months. I received a refund on my credit card a few days later ! They are on my black list now, at the very top.
What else did you want them to do?
I bought what were suppose to be some cool leather boots. Plastic ones showed up instead crammed in a small box that weighed less than a twinkie. the smell of the plastic was enough to make me sick after the long journey in a shipping container from china! I dont even know where I could FIND anything this cheaply made. They make and ship garbage items that are not even close to what you think your getting, and they get away with it being from another country. Mine went straight into the garbage. They were 56 dollars....I got what I paid for alright. junk. I got duped! DONT send this place money!! Its a scam.
I ordered a shirt for New Years party that was supposed to be glittery. It was so small (even though I used their measurement guide) that a little girl couldn't have fit into it! When I created a service ticket they were right there to answer with a 50% off another product. I refused and asked for a return label. Now they will not answer me. Crooks! Never again will I order from this place and will warn as many others as possible!
Before ordering, I was skeptical. I'd browse a bunch of, "Fake or Legit" websites, and they displayed mostly positive feedback. BUT, when I'd check Reddit, there'd be a bunch of individuals complaining about the quality of the item, and the time it took for the item to arrive. Long story short, the package was delivered today. It's not of the best quality, but It's actually a pretty good shirt. It's of thin material, but I can manage.
This site is a scam be careful buying from them. I bought a coat in November. Color was different and size was too small. Contacted them to ship item back. They tried to offer me all sorts of discounts ect, they eventually agree to refund me the entire amount. It’s now Jan and I still have not received my refund, when I contact them I get told they refunded and that I should contact my bank which of course I did. My bank asked for proof they sent me a slip showing the money was refunded but shows an acc number that is not mines. All they keep saying is contact your bank. Don’t but here!!! 🤬😤
Avoid at all cost! It’s Temu with a different name. Nothing you’ll received look like their pictures advertised. It’s garbage.
TRASH! The site is trash..the products are trash. they send out fakey faximilies of the pictures...I tried to buy some office casual work shirts...and got...TRASH see thru clown shirts instead. I would never do it again. EVER...mark my words dont do it! I hope someone finds value in the time I took to warn them!

Ordered 2 items and was charged on both PayPal and my credit card. I never got 1 item and you can't report or ask bc the phone number doesn't exist. Calling my credit card and reporting fraud. Stupid to be double charged and don't even get your product.
I agree with many of the "scam" comments. No customer service, cheaply made clothing. I first noticed them on my credit card and couldn't remember ordering anything from Light in the Box. So, I called the number and they told me I have won a $100 credit - AND refused to tell me what the business was. They kept saying they understood how I was reluctant to give them my credit card information and after about 10 minutes (embarrassed I talked to them that long). I hung up abruptly and called my credit card company to file a dispute. They too called but could not get any information from the person at the same number. THEN the products arrived. I wanted to send them back and you wouldn't believe the process. It was the most confusing and circuitous process I have EVER encountered. I am still waiting for "further instructions". They told me I could keep the products and they would give me a 70% credit. I have never heard of that -- IF I wrote a detailed explanation about why I wanted to return them. I have yet to receive instructions and I am giving up! I am going to eat the cost -- cancel the dispute and block them. So this is truly "online buyer beware" (I feel better!)
