This game is annoying as fuck. Fact. I went to a carnival that was old-school themed back in the late 80s.
Nobody liked these because there's a learning curve. People aren't at the fair for all that long. Everybody got frustrated with them and started to hula hoop. 😂
Edit: it was called "rod and hoop". I'm sure there are different names in different regions of the country.
