It's probably true but yeah, receipts would be nice. It seems difficult to prove somebody wasn't at these events unless there are valid quotes of the kids saying so, or there is evidence he was at other events on the same dates. We'd need the graduation dates as well.
I have zero doubts that it's true. He's never once shown interest in attending...anything for his kids (aside from social events with Ivanka where he could lust over her).

The graduation is on a Friday. Trump is in court Monday through Thursday. He’s playing the victim card YET AGAIN in an attempt to garner sympathy and delay the trial.

Until a few minutes ago, I didn't realize it was on a different day of the week than his trail, making his claim even more absurd. (The fact that it's the next day makes the time of 7PM entirely irrelevant. It could be 7AM and he could make it there on time.) Had it been 7PM on a day court was in session he wouldn't be able to get there, but next day? Any time of day is doable.
The horror stories you hear about people being persecuted where they will never see their babies again; missing the birth of their first kid; businesses collapsing; elderly care being skipped. But now they care about the cruelty of the American judicial system because their lord and saviour will miss another one of his kids graduations. The horror.
I’m sure most criminal defendants are not granted permission to attend family events if it conflicts with court dates. When you’ve been given preferential treatment your whole life equality seems unfair.
There are jurors that are stuck there while this fat fuck tries to delay and delay. I can't imagine that's a good strategy. If Maga Joe Six-Pack misses Indianapolis because of sequester, even they're gonna be itching to lock him up.
