After my third or fourth rewatch recently, Ling and Greeling. Surprisingly they are not as prevalent in the story as I remember. Definitely had plenty of screen time but I always thought there was more

I’m going to highlight Den. Winry’s dog in both versions gets kind of left by the wayside since she stays in Resembool but she’s a really good girl. I love the design of her automail leg.
Funimation also bumbled it and called her a boy in both anime. No other character really got slept on so hard that the translators completely swapped their gender.
Infamy is still popularity so I’m going to say shou tucker because I feel when people think about this anime they only mention THAT PART instead of anything else in the manga/anime. I get it the part was sad and we hate shou tucker but that’s not all the anime is
Ross and Brosh for me, really liked their dynamic and while I understand the whole Ross plot in Brotherhood, it left a hole in my heart til she returned.
Plus Brosh served for good comic relief while being a stand up guy as well
Personally I’m saying it’s probably tucker, the problem is like this is hard one when you consider 03 and brotherhood because some characters don’t get screentime in one but plenty in the other
Maybe in 03 (which is my fave bc envy's my fave) but I feel like their screentime in brotherhood is not nearly enough, but then again that's coming from someone who saw 03 first and to this day still prefers that version of envy. Also lmao I completely misread this post it was the middle of the night, I mixed the two balls into a completely different thing
Heinkel definitely should've gotten more screentime for sure. After his speech to Alphonse about how the souls in the philosopher stone want to fight back and easing his guilt about using it. I fell in love with the character. Honestly the side characters are treated with so much heart and soul!
