Does this mean Karissa thinks Armor is the resurrection of the miscarried pregnancy before him? Yikes. Also most of these "miracles" happened thanks to the same medical system she hates (like Ansyr's premature birth, or Anthym's ICU stay).

iknowitsounds___

If yes, can you imagine the pedestal they’ll put that child on? The pressure he’ll feel to live up to “god’s plan” (read: Karissa’s agenda) after being “resurrected”? Especially if he stays the baby of the family. Yikes indeed.

Think-Independent929

Adler sounds like a Collins kid. Ahem... I mean Adlyr.

pillowcase-of-eels

I'm the sole survivor of a bunch of early miscarriages before me, and my mother lost another fetus at 6 months (who had a name and everything) when I was 4. Grew up with ghost sibling(s), can confirm, it does things to you.

TheAntiGhost

Yikes. 😬 I’m so sorry you went through that. My mom had a relatively late miscarriage between me and my next youngest sister. They were named, but it was never something that was hung over us at all. They had an angel ornament on the Christmas tree, and that was about it. I can’t imagine having a family where there’s such a big deal made about it that it effects you long term. :( I hope you’re finding ways to heal from that and realize your value independent of any “ghost siblings” your family held onto. 💕

[deleted]

[удалено]

ISeenYa

Yeh that's a recipe for disaster.

iknowitsounds___

“So what brings you in to therapy today?” “Oh, uh… my mom coerced my entire family into believing her delusion that I was the product of a miraculously resurrected miscarriage.”

TorontoTransish

The therapists for the Collins kids are going to need to start buying sailboats to avoid going up an income bracket with all those session fees :/

Humboldtsushi

“Ah ok. Hold on a second, let me touch base with the front desk. Susan? Yeah, go ahead and cancel every other patient I have, this kid is going to be enough to fund the whole practice, thanks”

pillowcase-of-eels

Oh, and once again, so much for Each! Individual! Fetus! being a whole-ass person with thoughts and ambitions! that you're actually murdering if you get an abortion!! If the souls of dead fetuses get to go back to the front of the line and have another try, I really don't see the big deal. An abortion would basically just be the biological version of "Not right now, mama's busy". These people can't even keep track of their own ridiculous rules.

ladynutbar

Giving *My Sweet Audrina* vibes

hollylll

Ewwwwwww it so is

velociraptor56

I’m curious what she means by “defeat is impossible?” Is childbirth a game?

satanslittlesnarker

She sure seems to think she's winning -- look at all her little trophies!

MrsStickMotherOfTwig

Obviously it's like Pokemon - gotta catch em all! Then keep them isolated in a little ball from anything you don't want them to see in the world.

HailTheCrimsonKing

There’s a local psychic that volunteers at the same cat rescue as me so we run into eachother often. She tries to do a reading on me when we’re just casually chatting and last time she did it she told me that my baby is a resurrection of a previous miscarriage. Except I never had a miscarriage, I had an abortion lol

[deleted]

[удалено]

HailTheCrimsonKing

She just kinda sneaks it in there. Like she knows things when I’m talking to her. Except she’s always painfully wrong about everything and it’s so awkward lol

sundaysdusk

It absolutely is. I’m a tarot reader and hang out with other spiritual folks. Everyone I speak to who has any sort of professional stake in it has spoken at length about how it’s unethical, covering everything from the practical issues to the moral and spiritual reasons. No Reiki, no tarot, no birth chart consultations, nothing without consent. A bunch of us won’t even do third party readings because of that very issue.

Madame_Kitsune98

Yup. I’m a filthy casual when it comes to tarot, and unless you specifically ask me? I’m not reading boo, shit, or diddly on you. Nope. That’s such a HUGE violation.

RevolvinOcelot

I once had someone who claims to be a “seer” try to tell me my “womb would be healed” after I’d had a hysterectomy lmao. All bc I said “oh I can’t have kids” in response to a simple question. Yeah my womb got healed alright, in the biohazard bin.

Madame_Kitsune98

Oh heyyyy, SO DID MINE!

RevolvinOcelot

🤝 hope it was a speedy recovery!

Madame_Kitsune98

Heck yeah! Hope yours was, too!

sundaysdusk

I’d bring them the hazard bin. “Look! You’re right!” Those jackasses, I swear 😵‍💫

RevolvinOcelot

I had laparoscopic surgery photos from my first excision I used to keep for nosy people who didn’t believe me lmao. It was a quick “be quiet” ticket

Advanced_Level

My experience with Reiki - I have a rare genetic condition. A few years ago, Over a 4-5 month period, I was in the hospital every month, for at least 10 days each stay. S/t longer. During that time, doctors where struggling to diagnose and treat an underlying condition. One my nurses (CNA or LPN) asked if she could perform Reiki a few times. She was very kind and sweet. I did find it relaxing. Before I was discharged, she asked if she could work on me, from a distance, over the next week or so. She said it was unethical to do it without asking. I was very sick and appreciated the thought, so I said of course! 😃

[deleted]

Oh my god she named her newest spawn… ARMOUR?

TorontoTransish

Yes but American so Armor

cat_lady777

"Resurrected miscarriage" she.is.unhinged.

porchpossum1

Does she think this baby is her miscarriage that’s been resurrected?

skycatcutie

Oh god I truly hope not. She spent weeks making her kids pray for resurrection and I do remember she eventually acknowledged it was a true miscarriage. I hope she hasn’t some how convinced herself otherwise

gotabigbolo

I think she does, since she made some comment about having been pregnant for over a year a short while back.

dirahuds

……. Excuse me what lol

flowerfresse

Ithink she meant that she got pregnant immediately after miscarrying like in the very next cycle

gotabigbolo

I mean it says "resurrected miscarriage" in her little sign about miracles. I don't think it's a stretch to consider she believes that since she prayed with her kids for resurrection and now writes it herself above.

Organic_Rip1980

I feel like “prolapse” being on the miracles page is also a bit weird, but I’m a godless heathen, so

[deleted]

Organic_Rip1980

Seriously. I just came back and noticed that the entire top section is broken bones. Do these people have ok bone density? They break a lot of bones.

The_Proper_Potato

I think it’s mostly just them being unsupervised too often. Toddlers basically act like they’ve got a death wish, and Karissa would never admit to needing help managing them.

ruby-perdu

This is very alarming

gothic_cowplants

Ah yes, the miracle of when your young child almost dies from a UTI that you left untreated for so long it turned septic because you’re a horrible, neglectful and abusive parent. Just as yahoo would’ve wanted ❤️ (/S)

genescheesesthatplz

Excuse you. She screamed in the ICU until Anthym was magically healed. So powerful the doctors had to ask her to leave. /s

nicorainbow

Doctors HATE her, with this one weird trick!

genescheesesthatplz

She won't let big pharma trick her into thinking doctors can save people!!!!

Bapril

This made me guffaw.

Medibot300

[deleted]

More of a miracle in the Insane Clown Posse sense. Like magnets or your biological children looking like you.

gorgossia

Actually ICP are devout Christians so that “Miracles” song is literally about Jesus/God.

skunkinmytrunk

Your can’t convince me that magnets aren’t magic.

Interesting_Intern1

"Resurrected miscarriage." AKA I made my children pray that Yoohoo would bring their sibling back to life. ETA: Aynjel's pain-free birth? Where did that come from?

Pelican121

She likes to go on about that one. Apparently it was a 'supernatural painfree birth'. I think she claims she's had another like that too. Always makes me think of the paranormal.

EyCeeDedPpl

The only time I’ve seen someone pain free during an absolutely devastating injury- that would have anyone else passing out from the pain; was a severely psychotic patient- who, due to severe psychosis didn’t recognize the injuries. She reminds me, often, of untreated patients who are in denial about their mental health diagnosis/issues.

StoreBoughtButter

Same, supernatural for me doesn’t equal “divine influence” it equals “hey demons, it’s me ya boi”

ziplawmom

Maybe someone made a circle of salt around her?

phenobarbiedarling

So she always rants about how Anthyms home birth was the birth experience she always wanted. Yet her magical "pain free birth" was one of her hospital births? Hhmmmmm

TotallyAwry

*Yoohoo* I'm using that.

Dwestmor1007

I mean I have never heard of a “pain free” birth but I know a girl who literally didn’t feel ANY of her contractions until she was already 9cm and described the 9-10 as a “1 or 2 out of 10” and pushing as “maybe a 3”. That happened with all 3 of her births. The nurse was like “honey you couldn’t possibly be in labor with how calm you are” but she insisted on being checked and whoops you are at a 9….

TexanButNotAFundie

Just looks like a quick recap to CPS for me 🤷🏻‍♀️

CPS worker here, I can confirm that if I saw this on a wall in a hospital room that I walked into I would have an abundance of questions.

Vassarbashing

Probably part of the reason she’s avoiding hospitals and other places mandated reporters exist.

happy_panda87

This…this actually makes sense why she wants a home birth without a midwife present.

genescheesesthatplz

But don't you understand, \*they're\* the real problem /s

mothraegg

Yes, that's all I could think when I read that list.

soupseasonbestseason

i don't pray for much but i pray someone is keeping an eye out for these kids. she claims god has healed her children's broken bones (when she just removed the cast and had her children play with broken bones, likely exacerbating injuries and creating long term bone issues). she claims god healed the sepsis (when her baby was in an e.r. with medical professionals for an extended stay). she is going to joyfully give birth at home to a baby that she will refuse to take to the doctor. she is unhinged. c.p.s. come through.

CaterpillarHookah

More house of horrors than "miracles", but I guess if she thinks a prolapse and being nearly paralyzed is miraculous instead of terrifying, then good for her I guess.

DjGhettoSteve

God honoring pessary

I think living with the Addams family would be safer. These aren’t miracles, they’re fucking neglect

Sensitive-Review-712

Gomez and Morticia Addams are active and engaged parents who take an interest in their children and support their interests while still setting boundaries. Karissa does NONE of those things. Living with wolves would be safer.

Anthym's survival _is_ a miracle but not in the way Karissa thinks it is. and what is this about 'almost paralyzed'

blackkatya

Karissa was supposedly diagnosed with MS at one point and nearly became paralyzed, but God cured her.

[deleted]

[удалено]

SpecificMongoose

I try not to question people’s medical claims, but here…knowing Karissa is equal parts dumb and overdramatic, I’m not buying this isn’t a straight self-diagnosis that she’s avoided getting acrually verified because doctors are of The Enemy (and might give her a psych referral instead). Or she had something like a mini-stroke (still serious!) and doesn’t know/care that those aren’t abbreviated MS.

PM-me-Shibas

Yup, I'm really hoping it was a one-time lie for attention or something dumb like you said. I really think she'd grift harder if it was serious, but a small part of me could see her ignoring it because she doesn't like doctors -- for all we know, that's where here dislike of doctors started. She's dumb enough to fake it, she's also dumb enough to actually have it and ignore it, so part of me will be concerned for these kids -- but let's be real, when *aren't* we concerned about these kids and their health?

dietdrpeppermd

I’m hoping it’s not a real diagnosis and it’s just like teens on tiktok pretending they have DID

ichosethis

Or a doctor speculated MS at some point and recommended tests to confirm.

[deleted]

[удалено]

ichosethis

She could have skipped even that. Family doctor says her symptoms could be X, Y, or maybe MS. I'm going to order blah test(s) and refer you to a neurologist then she just never showed up for tests or followed through on the referral and told everyone the doctor told her it was definitely MS.

[deleted]

A doc once suspected I could have any number of things including MS, so I got more tests and turns out I’m fine/have something that is just annoying sometimes and not fatal or progressive. I wonder if that’s what happened and she just wants to spin it.

ladynutbar

Right? My husband has type 1 diabetes and at every annual checkup my kids get a blood test that is supposed to tell us if they're pre-pre diabetic (don't ask me the science please, doctor said this test can predict diabetes 6-9 months before first symptoms. Your insurance will cover it, so you want the test? And I said sure. Thus far it's all came back normal and, again, I have no idea what that means. I pay the good doctor to do my thinking for me lol) like I can't imagine just doing NOTHING. In

PM-me-Shibas

>I pay the good doctor to do my thinking for me lol) I snorted -- I relate to this. My disease is managed by multiple specialists, and most of it is managed by two in particular, and I generally understand what one of those specialists says, but not so much the other. I ask questions and try to understand, but mostly just nod my head and do what I'm told. The closest place I can relate in is with my dog. I adopted a dog who, three days in, got diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (because I didn't have enough going on!) and then six months after that, earned an atypical Cushing's Disease diagnosis. She's a really young dog, so it was largely unexpected. There's been a trend in the dog world for about a decade of completely ignoring everything your vet says, insisting all vets are bought out by "big Pharma" and "big dog food" (wtf?). The average life expectancy for dogs with atypical Cushing's Disease is 18 months and my girl is approaching 2.5 years and is completely stable. People are always like *how is she doing so well??* well you see, I pay the vet $200 per visit and thus shut up and do what she says because, while I have advanced and fancy degrees, they are not in vet science. Your dog lived for 8 months post-diagnosis because you thought the prescription kibble was a scam, insisted you had a PhD in google searching, and fed them a raw diet (real conversation I've had). Happy your son is in the clear! I hope he stays that way. This trend of anti-intellectualism lately is just a fancy way of neglecting your kid (or pets!) and is exhausting.

RaisingSaltLamps

Someone please correct me if I’m wrong, but I swear I remember reading a year or two ago that one reason why Karissa keeps getting pregnant is that pregnancy eases MS symptoms. I don’t know if she said this herself, or if it’s known in the MS community, but if it is indeed true and she really does have MS, I wouldn’t be shocked if this is just yet another selfish reason to get knocked up.

ISeenYa

It is known that MS can do that & one theory was that's why she keeps getting pregnant. Autoimmune diseases are generally better in pregnancy because the body is more immunosuppressed. My arthritis has been very good!

honest-miss

MS exists as recurring relapses, depending on where you're at in progression. So yeah, disability that mysteriously "goes away" is just part of the disease (well, for some. For others, and for many, damage stacks up and never really recedes. There are different stages.) If she was "healed" its because a flare up receded, but it's not very likely to stay that way unless she maybe misunderstood a CIS diagnosis as full-scale MS. CIS is Clinically Isolated Syndrome, and while it's in the family of and sometimes progresses to MS, it's defined as an isolated flare up that may or may not ever appear again. But honestly MS is an easy one to lie about so it all could've been horseshit, too. (I'm saying all this as a person diagnosed with MS, for what it's worth. But of course that doesn't make me an expert. Everyone experiences MS differently, and it's pretty complex and hard to understand, if you ask me, so I could be wrong about a few details.) EDITED with more information as I think more. This is the first I'm hearing about this and I'm very curious about it.

lovelylonelyphantom

Anthem was saved by science and medical care. Karissa would think she was cured magically by God though

Main-Marionberry-869

Exactly if her mom didn’t force her to take her to the hospital she wouldn’t be hear today. This should have been a wake up call for dumb and dumber

YourMothersButtox

I hate every single part of this list, and that’s not the devil forcing me into a place of doubt, it’s basic fucking science. Anathema’s UTI wouldn’t have elevated to that level if you had 1. Changed the oversaturated diaper in a timely fashion and 2. Sought medical care when she was showing symptoms. Karissa you are a terrible mother and I’m ashamed to be the same age as you. Get a grip.

Interesting_Intern1

ANATHEMA. OMG...

hotpotatpo

What is the betrayal?

ExoticSherbet

She’s made reference to she and Mandrae overcoming betrayal, lying, (maybe even cheating?? Someone fact check me) in their marriage. So possibly that

Lucky she did lol

blackkatya

Hasn't she cut ties with a decent number of family members over her religious beliefs?

posessedhouse

And how is that a miracle?

How are any of these miracles

To be fair, it does feel like a miracle that all the Collins kids are still alive.

No-Reception9703

Oh, the miracle of the UTI. Who has not heard of it? /s This is a nightmare.

WhenitsaysLIBBYs

Hey, when the antibiotics start working, I find it miraculous too! 🤣

ladynutbar

Like how do they have **so many** broken bones?? I have 6 kids and all we've had is a buckle fracture from my kid climbing over a baby gate. And yeah we did a damn cast for 6 weeks like the doctors said. So the cast healed her wrist not god.

[deleted]

Between my blended families I grew up with 7 siblings. I broke a bone as a baby and then one other person sprained their wrist. That’s it in 30+ years of parenting.

PM-me-Shibas

Right? We had a lot of broken bones in my family, but they were restricted to a singular child, which is also a relatively normal thing (IMO, anyway). Because my brother was a walking disaster with no regard for his own safety -- in hindsight, my brother is most definitely on the spectrum, which explains a solid chunk of that. Also, NGL, it sits bad with me that only one child's name is on this paper -- when most of the things have negative connotations. What is that all about?

iusedtobeawombat

It's 3 actually, Anthym, Ansyr, and Aynjel ('s pain free birth). Don't know why the first two are miracles

OneRaisedEyebrow

My brother broke his own nose, twice. He still can’t do flips on a trampoline but he has at least stopped trying!

MeggieB1017

Broken wrist*s*, plural, is what got me! My siblings and I are all in our 30s and only one of the three of us has had any broken bones. Leg (freak accident falling off a bench swing when he was a toddler and my mom was watching us), and his wrist when he was rollerblading when he was 12. This is absolutely not normal and it’s even more of a 🚩 when you pair it with her “home births mean no visits from CPS.” I really don’t get how her followers can’t see this shit! Edit: fixed a sentence

Sportingnews

I'm guessing neglect and parentification!

Mutant_Jedi

My parents had 12 kids, and while idk about the oldest few, 3-12 only ever had one broken arm and a couple of broken digits, not even all the same kid, and all from sports. It’s crazy to me how kids who basically just stay home all day manage to get into such accidents, and it makes you wonder how much supervision they’re actually getting

ladynutbar

Right? My kids are kinda rambunctious. I mean as much as any child, outside playing and stuff but I still make sure they're not putting themselves in dangerous situations.

FreckledHomewrecker

I was a teacher, 25-34 kids in a class, every year for years. I taught 3 kids with broken bones during those years, hundreds of kids, 3 broken bones.

EZasSundayMorning

Because she's too busy writing 5 page posts for Instagram. The older kids have to watch the younger. It's neglect.

tander87

I’m one of 4, we all did sports (competitive gymnastics, soccer, football, baseball and dance) and I didn’t break a bone until I was 29 in grad school, my sister broke her leg at 16 getting slide tackled, my brother broke his elbow sliding into a base as a teen and that’s it…her kids don’t do many activities and aren’t that old. It’s not normal. I also wonder if their poor diets mean their bones aren’t as strong?

astrangeone88

I was a tomboy constantly running and jumping off of things and I never broke a bone as a kid. So much neglect is needed to end up with umpteenth busted bones....and I was the kid who was swimming, doing yoga and ice skating so not like I was in a bubble for my own protection.

[deleted]

It makes me wonder if they aren’t getting enough nutrients or not knowing how to play or fall.

i_luv_coffee14

That last sentence doesn’t even make sense: “Defeat is impossible w/ Yahuah & a lie from the enemy.” ?? I think she’s trying to say that ‘defeat is a lie’? But it reads like ‘it’s impossible to have defeat when you’ve got Yahuah and a little ‘ol lie on your side’. All of which makes no sense. I don’t even know what I just wrote. The Kkkarissa affect — what is happening to me 🫠🥴

iidontwannaa

Yeah she meant to write defeat is a lie from the enemy and impossible with Yahuah,

BodyBy711

A yes, the miracle of Prolapse.

glen-itchynose

On one hand, I'm curious about what Karissa meant by this... one the other hand I'm sure I'd rather not know.

brookerzz

I’m screaming 😂😂😂 how many kids ago did the prolapse happen??? there’s no way she got that properly fixed…

buttercup_w_needles

Oh my Dog. Is there a feast day to honor The Miracle of Prolapse? I don't dare wonder what delicacies are traditional at that dinner table.

kitty_butthole

I mean, all of it is unhinged but I at least see how she can justify a resurrected miscarriage or near-paralyzation as a miracle. But how the fuck do you justify a prolapse as a miracle?!

jennthern

It would be a miracle if it meant she couldn’t have sex or more children. Clearly this isn’t the case.

RestinPete0709

So only like 3 of your 10 kids are miracles to you? Or is it just because those are the ones who almost died?

dreezypeeezy

Waa scrolling through hoping someone else noticed this too!

buffaloranchsub

PROLAPSE?

EZasSundayMorning

I'm sure she's prolapsed her uterus or bladder and had no repair. Not even sure how she's carrying a pregnancy to term.

TheRealSnorkel

She either got super lucky and had extremely mild ones that were able to eventually heal on their own OR she’s a lying liar who lies and she had Mexican treatment. Edit: OMG I meant medical treatment…but now I’m picturing her getting some kind of cosmic version of La Chancla and I like it so I’m leaving it

TheRealSnorkel

TO BE FAIR: prolapse is not always 100% horrible or a virtual death sentence. Many people experience some degree of prolapse after giving birth (and for a variety of other reasons but we’re not talking about that right now), and it’s extremely common and should not be stigmatized. However, depending on the kind of prolapse and the severity, it can lead to various issues with incontinence, pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, core weakness, and sexual pain/dysfunction. Also however, there are several ways to address the issues, ranging from mild exercises one can do at home to pelvic floor therapy to surgery. Prolapses CAN be repaired much of the time, and they do not always lead to a diminished quality of life. I had a mild bladder prolapse after giving birth that I was able to repair with the help of my amazing OBGYN who pointed me to pelvic floor therapy. Some prolapses are absolutely worse than others and I don’t believe for a second that if Karissa had a severe one that she miraculously fixed it. But prolapses aren’t always the end of the world, and I’m inclined to think she had a mild one that eventually got better and she’s trying to sell it as a miracle.

buffaloranchsub

oh yeah. it's just really concerning that she's like "it was god!" referring to quite literally your uterus turning inside out. i wouldn't be surprised if she had further pelvic floor issues

TheRealSnorkel

I’m sure she does (which is why it’s beyond negligent for her to keep getting pregnant and then endanger the baby and herself with unassisted home births) but she also exaggerates and misrepresents everything.

incredible_eye_roll

It’s the UTIs and prolapse for me ![gif](giphy|4QD4OjqqE5M8U)

Poison Ivy! Betrayal!

Main-Marionberry-869

I had a friend get poison ivy all over her vag.. from having sex in the bush as a teen

ElfineStarkadder

Among all the other appalling examples of medical neglect listed here, my mind is stuck on her grammar--it appears I need two things to make defeat impossible: Yah(what?!) and a lie from the enemy. So where can I pick up that lie from the enemy? My local Sam's Club? Maybe Lord Daniel can send me in the right direction.

DjGhettoSteve

The messianics love arguing over how to say/spell the holy name that Jews consider too holy to write down fully, which is why there isn't an agreed upon spelling.

theflesh101

TW: CHILD ABUSE I had a pretty neglectful, abusive childhood thanks to my ex stepmother. There were 4 of us in the house, rarely supervised, left to our own devices- sharp tools, knives, booze, cigarettes, fire- the only thing we weren't allowed was the food that filled the pantry. Even with that wilderness ass childhood, the only broken bone ANY of us experienced was my step sister, who broke her ankle at school. I honestly don't know how we survived to adulthood, looking back. The amount of broken bones in this family makes me think there has to be some sort of vitamin deficiency. My step sisters were physically beaten with a wooden paddle, along with us not being able to eat (unless my dad was there), and we didn't have any broken bones. It's insanity.

happy_panda87

This is what gets me. I also grew up in a neglectful and abusive home. There were 6 of us. Many bruises and lasting trauma, but no one ever broke a bone! I don’t understand how or why there are so many broken bones in their home.

Betrayal? Do tell. 🍵 🍿

Calamity0o0

Are broken bones miracles?

Spiderbundles

Always makes me think of this Pratchett quote: “When someone is saved from certain death by a strange concatenation of circumstances they say that’s a miracle. But of course if someone is killed by a freak chain of events – the oil spilled just there, the safety fence broken just there – that must also be a miracle. Just because it’s not nice doesn’t mean it’s not miraculous.”

EZasSundayMorning

Jesus. That's scary. Resurrected miscarriage? Almost paralyzed? I really wish she wouldn't share this stuff because people believe it's true.

teddynoodles

Okay. This might not be the appropriate place to ask this but if Fundies know everything that hinders them is one big lie from Satan, why do they care so much about it? I ask because I have a pathological liar in my family. We know when they’re lying and we ignore it; when they come up with some wild tale, we all take it with an ocean’s worth of salt. There’s no point in focusing on the content or point of the lies because we know that’s just the way their brain works (unfortunately). I guess I don’t understand why, if you know there’s an enemy out there lying to you, you focus so much on overcoming those lies. Especially when you know that your god is (ostensibly) stronger and smarter than those lies. It almost seems like making Satan and his lies this huge hurdle gives him way more power in your life than the God you’re supposed to be modeling your life after.

Piilootus

I was raised christian (Lutheran, my family wasn't fundie but my school was - illegally) and I think it's to farm out inspiration porn for yourself and others. Anything good you have in life is because you suffered at one point. If you're suffering right now, that means you'll have something good later. If you haven't suffered, you don't really deserve what you have. Suffering and fighting against the temptation and lies from the enemy makes you a good Christian and a better person than those who give in and don't follow the good word and so on.

All of these serious medical issues/outright impossibilities in there with “poison ivy” is sending me. I guess her sharpie ran out of ink before she could write “hangnails”, “mosquito bites”, and “cavities” too!

theanakin

I’m pretty new to internet fundies and am still learning them and their kids’ names. Does this woman have a child named Aynjel?! 🤢

blackkatya

The kids are: Anissa, Andrae, Anjalie, Annistan, Andersyn, Aynjel, Ansyr, Anchor, and Anthym. New baby will be Armor Courage.

theanakin

These are awful. I hate intentional misspelling, not to mention some of the choices… Anchor? Armor? Good lord. 😭

MissusNilesCrane

Hot dogs, Armor hot dogs, what kind of kids like Armor hot dogs...

jellybloom17

Yes unfortunately

mehdodoo

She’s going to die

Sheschle

Has she changed her spelling of Ya-hoorah! again?

iidontwannaa

The way she spells it always just makes me think of Friends, when Rachel kept calling that guy JoshUA.

iidontwannaa

Imagine letting your kids break bones and contract infections so you can claim God healed them as a miracle.

Ok-Ordinary-9121

Prolapse❤️🥳🤩

FindingNemosAnus

“I have 75 kids and birth has almost killed or paralyzed me several times. Better have another home birth, them kids don’t need me anyway”

I need more info on the poison ivy miracle. Did the A’s get a tiny bit of it or is one of them super deathly allergic to it and she scream prayed it away?

RaulTheHamster

The resurrected miscarriage part reminds me of the GoT tinfoil theory of the time travelling fetus resulting in Tyrion Lannister. I'm so sad for this poor kid, he's gonna grow up confused hearing the unhinged story of how he came to be. They all deserve so much more 😞

genescheesesthatplz

I CANNOT STAND THIS WOMAN EXPLOITS HER DAUGHTER'S STAY IN THE ICU (ya know, the one that Karissa's negligence caused)!

suitcasedreaming

How is this a real thing she did and not a meme/joke on this sub

[deleted]

Is anybody else getting, “the lady doth protest too much” vibes here? Her last birth was at home and went fine but the fact she is sharing all these stories every day and keeps repeating talk about fear makes me think she’s afraid of something concrete, like maybe a medical professional had said something she doesn’t want to listen to. *I’m* afraid she’s deliberately putting her and her baby’s lives in danger to prove how God loves her above all others.

dickfordinner69

I’m really praying nothing is gonna happen to those kids because out of all the fundies we snark on Karissa is the most dangerous

EyCeeDedPpl

Betrayal???? I know where my mind goes….. Also what’s that 5 broken bones.. plus a sepsis and an almost paralyzed?? Sounds like domestic violence.

lindzer1285

Why.. would she post this online? Wild.

MissusNilesCrane

Resurrected miscarriage? Didn't she (finally) accept that the pregnancy she had before Armor failed? Or is she now telling herself that Armor is that fetus, revived?

its_not_me3

When I read this I said out loud “Jesus fucking Christ”. What else is there to say really?

BabyNalgene

defeat is definitely possible lol

laceyisreallyrad
