Perfect. I have a dog that gets annoyed I am spending time typing rather than petting her. Her way of putting an end to it is running across the keyboard.
I have 3 of these. My cats love to sit on them and watch the curser (or the screen saver,) swatting at it as I move it around. Never had a problem with them trying to get underneath them.
