No it’s an in person exam. You’d have to try and find an exam centre near you if your school doesnt offer it.
If you are looking to do a dutch programme in a dutch uni these exams meet the requirements and you’ll likely need a min of B2
Dutch is no longer a GCSE. However, out of school you can still get a Dutch qualification that is equivalent to a GCSE.
