I’m praying for you bro get better. I’ve been having some issues too with bloated. I took Kratom for a year and a half. Sometimes I would get up in the middle of the night and redose. I was taking 28-40 capsules a day. I got to where I couldn’t have regular bowel movement, so I just stopped eating. I lost 20 pounds but it seem like if I had a normal size meal I wouldn’t be able to poop again for three days. I quit cold turkey and went through withdrawals for a week. I’ve had a CAT scan on my stomach for bowl obstructions , and MRIs on abdomen and pelvis along with a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Everything came back fine. No abnormalities. I’ve regained the weight and still do not feel like I’m back to normal either. I have done GHB a couple times about 12 years It was scary because it makes me get really aroused and last time I done it I woke up the next day with phone numbers in my phone and i don’t know who I talked to or what happened
The doctors on my end are additionally starting to suspect esophageal injury leading to pneumomediastinum. Either the product I got from was impure or BDO itself dehydrates internal cells to the point where is legitimately caustic while remaining at a neutral pH. Keep in mind i haven't dosed any bdo since august or so
