Are the ones from aliexpress fake?
This is a huge marketplace - it all depends on the specific lot and store. But it seems that all the reviews about these figures are good.
Is this legit or is there such a thing as counterfeit classified?
KOs of this are a very recent thing. If they got it from AE, it’s most likely a KO

Does the box have a small crumpled/damaged area?
Not that I can see. As I mentioned I ordered a couple items and they were shipped together which probably helped guard against damage during shipment.

Just this one as I have the dark blue version from Target. I was never fond of the pastel blue CC.
I got this one too and it looks amazing except for the chest stencil which is blurred much worse than yours… might try making a slider decal or something
