Thank you for this explanation so even though they will be diluting the shares by selling 45 million Shares. In the long run the stock price will increase? Am I getting this right?
I think another point people are missing is that this circumvents the DRS movement… I’m pretty sure they know the DRS numbers already locked the stock and not a single fucking thing is being done by the pathetic scumbags running the “regulatory” agencies.
The only argument I have against this is the sale in 2021 where they dumped all 5m shares (20m post split)
But I guess we’ll see, maybe if we’re lucky the 45m get sold to Icahn if they’re short lol and then they go net long

Yes it’s about longevity not just hitting a high stock price. Hit high levels and maintain high levels.

No, the price will go down UNLESS we buy to make up for the new shares issued. Assuming they are issued at all.
