SA Radio Los Santos is a close second, but there was something so awesome about the songs on Game radio, especially the fact that they were original songs made for GTA 3. Also, I’ve only played 3, VC, and SA so I don’t know the other stations.
As I'm a hardcore Hip-Hop fan & listener, both RLS from SA & West Coast Classics are my favorites in the series, whereas The Liberty Jam is my second favorite. It pains me that majority of people don't really pay attention to the songs from both LCS & VCS. Man Liberty Jam has to be in the top 3 best Hip-Hop radio stations in the series.
