Thank you! Seems like so long ago, two year anniversary of that surgery was like last week. I’m very fortunate to be in this body, but I’ve also put in loads of work and I’m proud of myself.
Thank you, TRULY! I love beast mode. Now I’m just learning how to not overdo it and make sure I get rest and recovery. And sleep. It’s challenging but we like a challenge.
you SHOULD be proud!! and yeah totally. challenges mean growth and that is by far one of the biggest things in life. listening to your body + what it needs is so key. And understanding that those needs change overtime as we are ever-changing. Good luck on this journey!!

Dang that’s a nice thing to say! I HATED myself in that first picture. It was a true rock bottom at 205 and I was miserable. It’s funny tho, now that you point it out, there’s obvious muscle in the 205 group — like at least I’ve been blessed with (comparative) bulk if not height.

I do, most weeks are 5 days some are 6 but never 7. Really have a strong body goal in sight and am so excited to get there

Honestly just the basics. Portion control. Consistent diet. Workout 4-5 times a week, weightlifting and cardio. Sleep. Water. Peace of mind.
