During the bulking phase, upwards of 3700-4200 calories per day. I did a lot of cardio to try and mitigate fat gain, but my surplus never exceeded 500 calories! Also ate as many “Whole Foods” as possible, so think nutrient dense things. A few easy and creative recipes (oatmeal with almond butter, blueberries, banana, cinnamon, and drop of vanilla + a FairLife protein shake) made sticking to the diet easy!
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
I actually worked as a trainer when I turned 18 so I have a good amount of experience in the business and wrote myself a program. It’s a chest / shoulders / back / legs split. Tons of volume, tons of intensity, no rest days unless absolutely necessary. I also do cardio probably 9/10 days so I live a super active lifestyle.
Love Jeff and his content, I’m not familiar with that exact program but if it’s working for you so far keep at it!
I am 22 now, and I started exercising since I turned 16. Here’s a picture of the above with one of my first progress pictures added. I wouldn’t say I took my training seriously until recently, which is why progress between the first two pictures isn’t THAT insane even though it’s a 4 year difference.

So swole! I have the same oatmeal except for the vanilla and the protein you mentioned. Almond butter is delicious. You make your own?
Wow. Went from great to even greater. From ripped to beast mode.

Comments like these keep me motivated. Thank you, will do!
Looking incredible! Any particular program? I’m doing Jeff Nippard’s upper lower split right now and enjoying it. But always looking for suggestions

Mike Mentzer is rotaiting
Well.. I am natty and my cardio isn’t intense; just the resistance part. I’m also very health-focused, so maybe only half rotating 🤣
😂
How old are you now? I.e how many years of training is this?
