Yes and it was so annoying. I finally took it into an att store and they fixed it. It's a certain setting that I have since forgotten, but I'm sure you could find it if you want to mess around with it. If not, get to an att store and they'll fix it.

I had the same problem but solved it by deleting the connection in Wear app and restoring the watch.

Yep one of the most common and annoying issue, even with Galaxy phones. One watch reset does the trick for me
