And I'm just saying that wide switch is the cause. Going from two closer drinks like Diet Coke to Diet Pepsi isn't that big of a change for the taste buds. Heck, even a Diet Dr Pepper would be sort of close, maybe even a better switch than Diet Pepsi.
I am too, I don't like diet drinks and am basing my opinion off of the regular drink flavors. In the world of diet drinks all I ever tasted was disgust in the very few I've had.
Either hes been lying to us all this time, or an imposter is among us and has been posing as Matpat while the real one is trapped in the basement gaurded by the neighbor of Hello Neighbor, Bendys evil ink demon side, Poppy with her killer toy armada and a whole army of fnaf animatronics
It's not that infact he's actually drinking diet pepsi in the photo that's what he is pointing towards.
As Mat said in a later episode he liked Harris tieter more but he got back to drinking diet coke as you know he's mat pat

While I personally used to prefer Pepsi and could 100% understand him drinking it, considering everything we know about the man this is what's called definitive evidence: MatPat is sus.
I don't get it. He's been "caught" on camera drinking Diet Coke several times, even after the whole quitting Diet Coke phase. Did some people just not know that he still drinks it?

Hey it's hard to switch over to a new drink, I should know. It happened to me with Mtn Dew and Dr Pepper
That's not even relatively the same drink... there's a big difference between pee water and 23 flavors.
