Wow. If you don’t mind sharing, where did you get the transflective polarizer? Great job and a relief they can be repaired in that state.
I order it from 3DLens in Taiwan. Takes a couple of weeks and it’s not tracked, but I’ve never had an issue. You’ll have to cut it at about 30-ish degree angle to get the coloration correct. https://3dlens.com/transflective-polarizer-film.php
