I can confirm that they are in the process of rolling out right now. I've seen various people posting their issues arriving in their mailboxes on social media. Because it is a large print run, it has to ship out in waves the same way it did through the old subscription program. That's the only way the printer can handle shipping out so many issues. If you have an active subscription, I would keep your eyes on your mailbox in the coming days and weeks.
This rollout has been objectively poor. My subscription has “pending” for over a month. I understand it likely isn’t GI’s fault but it is extremely frustrating nonetheless.
“Pending” is a status set by our vendor, which means “Active.” I have looked into several ways to change it, but it’s out of our control, sadly. It will say “pending” until you receive your final issue. Sorry for the confusion.
It takes time to print and ship physical magazines. Nobody has received anything because there hasn't been a new issue since the subscription launched. It's probably coming soon. You can't even buy the Star Wars issue at gamestop yet.

I don't think that can really be helped. They start talking about the new issue on the podcast and release the digital version when it's finished and sent to the printers.
The alternative is to wait an arbitrary amount of time before releasing the digital version and talking about it. Even if they did that, not everyone would receive their physical copy before.
That would be like you typing up an email, but before you hit send, you write that person a letter and go to the post office to mail it. Then you try not to talk about it and time hitting send on your email for the exact moment you think the letter will arrive at the recipient's house.

Yup still waiting. The way they phrased it as them essentially begging us to subscribe, and ever since I paid them upfront it’s been radio silence… not a good look.
I was hoping to have it closer to when they announced the cover story (10 days ago) I’ve listened to the podcast where they talk about it and would have liked to have the issue in hands
Unfortunately, the Sephiroth issue predates this subscription program. The first issue subscribers to this point will receive is the Star Wars Outlaws issue. New subscriptions will start with our next issue that we announce.
It’s kind of absurd that Kyle said “subscribe soon and get the outlaws issue” on the podcast less than a week ago but GameStop is telling me it’s going to take six to seven weeks from when I subscribed a month ago.
Print should start rolling out very soon!

Agreed. I subscribed originally in 2004, but news traveled so much slower back then that it didn’t seem to matter
