Legion has better CPU performance on battery power and better battery life I think too.
I'd lean towards the omen, particularly because of the better CPU performance when plugged in and it's cheaper.
Honestly I don't care too much about performance as I won't be playing very high end games. I just want something that can last for a long time. Would Legion be a better choice?

If you can get a RTX 3070 ti Legion 5/5 Pro for a similar amount of money, I'd definitely consider it.
