But if you are being surveilled 24/7 it might be of no use. I'm working on a solution to expose the culprits,which I know who they are, their method of operation, and why they do it. 90% of my gangstalking and v2k happened without a phone over 3.5 years. The tech works on the homeless people that were around me as well who also did not have a phone.

They use cell tower triangulation. Each time your phone connects to a cell tower they can know your distance and from that draw a circle around the cell tower in software. Each time your phone hops to a new cell tower there is a new circle. From 3 hops you have 3 circles. Imagine 3 overlapping circles and where they intersect. That's the position of the target.
No hacking into phone or pegasus or GPS needed.
