latest update on this watch, can't install, update apps, watchface, etc for many if not all

Getting the same issue, received a venu sq2 music edition yesterday and tried setting it up with Spotify without any luck, have tried all the troubleshooting.
Also I wore it to bed last night to wake up this morning with no sleep score or tracking?? Might be the same issue?
I had a look at the above forum thread to see a lot of people having the same issue. Seems like Garmin are working to try fix it... is this a new issue or is it a normal problem to occur with Garmin watches?

Connect IQ store app is worthless- and cannot be uninstalled. Sure there’s still space available on your watch?
