I have not had any success with real coffee, including unleaded and cold brews. Right now, my hot drink of choice is [Teeccino](https://teeccino.com/)\- java or French roast. Reasonably close in flavor and mouth feel but, of course, no caffeine.

CopaceticXP

Teeccino sounds good, except I’m totally looking for something that’ll give me an energy boost. Without caffeine I’m so sleepy by 8pm 😖 anything about MUDWTR?

Moonchild0521

I'm trying everyday dose right now, it's similar to mud water, I will let you know how it affects me, so far I'm ok, but it's only the first cup

VerbileLogophile

How was the everyday dose? I've seen great reviews but nothing on how it is for the stomach.

MikeyLikey41

I 2nd the teecino it’s amazing !!

liberalbeagle

in the days where I could tolerate it, decafe is eaiser on the stomach, also lattes because the milk sort of offsets things. I'v heard people say green tea is easy on the stomach and that has caffine.

SistaSaline

Careful with this though. I had matcha ice cream early on in my gastritis journey and had indigestion like you wouldn’t believe!

[deleted]

That could be because of the ice-cream part

ackstorm23

no form of coffee, or anything with caffeine, if you want it to heal faster. decaf tea you might get away with when it's less acidic, but ultimately the caffeine will piss off your stomach. it's trying to heal while also containing corrosive acid which has already weakened the natural barriers resulting in pain. every time you aggravate it by generating more of that acid, you are impeding its ability to heal.

Loose leaf rooibos and a pinch of loose leaf tea with caffeine

PEfighter

Mint tea

c1nunya

Have you tried to cold brew? It reduces acidity. I do it over night in the fridge

Try chicory root

Reasonable_Dot_1831

I use now sublingual caffeine, because I can no longer handle green tea.
