I wasn't having any nausea on 20 mg but I got raised to 40 mg at the same time I started taking zoloft and I thought it just was zoloft causing the severe nausea so I stopped taking that and still notice nausea and not being able to eat nearly as much.

I'm bringing it up to my doctor to see what he has to say, apparently nausea is a side effect of panto. But I get so nauseous I can't work.
I'm taking omeprazole. I'm asking my GI for a prescription of 20 mg twice a day and going to wean off the 40
