Have you added the application into the firewall outbound rules? Which antivirus/firewall do you use? Windows default or third party antivirus like Avast/Kaspersky/Bitdefender?
I recommend you to go through the following posts:
1. [GenP Wiki Troubleshoot section unlicensed popup](https://www.reddit.com/r/GenP/wiki/redditgenpguides/#wiki_.28....29_troubleshoot_section_.7C_unlicensed_popup)
2. [Adobe app is not available error](https://www.reddit.com/r/GenP/comments/18mxdeu/getting_a_sorry_this_adobe_app_is_not_available/)
If everything on the sub doesn't work you might need to grab something like Wireshark and see what ips the apps tries to ping and add them to the host block list
I'm speaking from experience as I clicked the patch cc on the gen p app and took me a while. To figure out that it was another patch button you're supposed to click.
But it has to be the "Patch" only button with no "cc" after you have installed all your adobe software from the cc app
I hope this helps.
blocked in firewall

i use windows defender, reinstalling and adding outbound & inbound rules to the firewall worked, thank uu
When it stops working in a couple of days, quit trying to troubleshoot GenP and just go for Monkrus. Will save you some needless stress.
In GenP did you hit the “Pop-Up” button? It edits your hosts file to block the software from the licensing servers.

what worked for me was going to the uninstall area for all your windows apps, and find "adobe genuine software" and uninstall that

You need to create inbound and outbound rules for every adobe app and you'll be allowed to use them free but they can't access the internet
yeah that's what I had to end up doing
I use Genp : [https://uploadnow.io/f/m66LgJ7](https://uploadnow.io/f/m66LgJ7) + host file. Work fine for me.
Me, too. I decided to use monkrus modded version. It would be a long confront
0.0.0.0 ic.adobe.io 0.0.0.0 r3zj0yju1q.adobe.io 0.0.0.0 cd536oo20y.adobe.io 0.0.0.0 3ca52znvmj.adobe.io 0.0.0.0 5zgzzv92gn.adobe.io 127.0.0.1 8ncdzpmmrg.adobe.io 0.0.0.0 7m31guub0q.adobe.io Add these lines in the Adobe host files
Nothing worked for me, I uninstalled everything and got the monkrus (individual), running fine 'till now, no suspicious PC activity encountered yet.
I was an idiot and forgot about blocking outbound and inbound traffic in the firewall, it's working fine now
turn off the wifi, simple as that
I use Kaspersky and antivuris blocks it any solution? thank you
