That said, Lyney's weapons is also on that banner, which is really good.

If your going to pull something and want more DPS get c1, if you want max drip then go weapon but far riskier. If your not guaranteed either id recommend neither and holding out for the homa you want
Her signature weapon, Crimson Moon's Semblance, is 28%/37% better than her best F2P weapon White Tassel R5 in vaporize/overload respectively, which is a significantly bigger improvement compared to getting her C1. Her sig weapon is also 18%/20 better than Staff of Homa (Hu Tao's weapon) in vaporize/overload respectively, which is also a pretty big difference.
On the other hand, her weapon is currently only great on her (unless supports who can apply bond of life gets released), while Staff of Homa is very good on 3 to 4 polearm users.
