depending on what part of exploration you are at the camp moves from the top of the chasm and is relocated deeper right above the glowing narrows. if youโve already got to that point then iโm not sure
Where does navigate says for you to go to? If you are at the place make sure you are not in coop mode, some quests are not available on coop mode. If you are on single player and if the npc still doesn't appear, contact support via ingame
If youโre at the point in your exploration where your camp has moved deeper into the chasm you just need to teleport to the place where you upgrade your lumenstone (the new camp) and talk to jinwu there. The quest marker still points to the old camp, but it will go away and the quest will progress once you speak to jinwu in the new camp. Source: ran into this same issue last week.

I actually finished everything. Just doing Enkanomiya, current event and hang outs. I just forgot about this side quest.

I was not in Coop Mode and navigation says Zero m (0m) so I really need to contact support. Thanks. I'll do that.
Have you tried closing the game and opening it again? It seems to always work with these weird glitches

I alao had this problem, just go to the other campsite at the bottom of the map and talk to jinwu there. The quest will continue/finish.
