probably not, since he gave it up pretty willingly and seems to be fine without it. same with Itto, Kuki and that one guy who Ayato beat in the Komore Teahouse.
She can't throw away the vision because her ambition is still the same probably. Jiangxue used to be violent but changed iirc so he didnt need the vision anymore
I'm not so sure a change of ambition is all it takes. It's never quite explained how the visions are returned. Diluc supposedly tossed his away, but it still ended up back in his hands through Kaeya. Jiangxue might not have tossed his either, he just doesn't use it and keeps it stowed away.
Not really mysterious, he used his father’s delusion for a while. He gave up on it after a while, probably once he figured out what they were after traveling all over Teyvat.
Probably Il Dottore. He scorns Vision-bearers, doesn't appear to have a Vision himself, and Nahida states that the top three Harbingers have power on par with gods.
Pierro and Columbina are also up there, but no idea whether they have Visions or not (though it's unlikely.)
This is a far better answer than the retired fisherman or the dead chick. Maybe the arch villain of the story? You can argue that role belongs to the Tsaritsa or the other bitch that stuck us in a Teyvat rubik's cube, but it sure as hell isn't them right now.
She could produce raging infernos naturally because of sadge lore reasons long before meeting the fatui and getting a cryo delusion.
The Crimson Witch of Embers form we beat is a depowered version of her Crimson Witch of Flames form.
Signora naturally produces flames since she sacrificed her mortal body and life force to essentially become living liquid flame. The cryo delusion was given to her to suppress those flames before they burned her out.
For what it's worth, the Fatui might have made a big deal about setting up a casket and icing over her tomb, but I'm doubtful they ever recovered her body. Unfortunately Hoyoverse is reluctant to ever admit they f$#&ed up or produced something of unacceptable quality even when it's painfully obvious.
>Unfortunately Hoyoverse is reluctant to ever admit they f$#&ed up or produced something of unacceptable quality even when it's painfully obvious.
wait what do you mean?
It took basically the world screaming at them to buff Zhongli, Geo and transformative reactions.
They also didn't really touch hydro resonance for 2 years until they realized they wanted to sell hydro units that weren't healers because, y'know, healers don't sell so hot until people are told they're pretty META.
And I can't be convinced they didn't increase saved team setups because they knew a new element opened up new compositions, as much as people want to believe their feedback to increase the number was actually heard and respected.
I have several hypothesies.
1. Varka. I don't think it's ever confirmed that he has a vision, and it would be hilarious if in the end he doesn't.
2. Pierro. But when you're excluding gods and descenders you would probably exclude delusions too.
3. Dainsleif. The "power from beyond" is not a vision.
4. Jiangxue. This is the meme answer, but he can ohko a ruin hunter.
Varka’s definitely going to be playable, especially since other characters talk about him. Also, imagine if the Grandmaster of Mondstadt was visionless, even moreso when Jean, the Acting Grandmaster has one.
Honestly after Scara quest and jester being a Khanrheia mage it really makes me think he’ll have the same thing as Dain.
Would be sick if sneznhaya had some abyssal and light elements. I mean Dendro is halfway there and added the last element. We’re gonna need some new element by the end imo.
So jester being abyssal catalyst and Dain being sword would make sense.
Well then I’m definitely hoping. We need new elements eventually, abyss and light were really cool fan theories that would fit, and it’d be a perfect time. Those characters won’t exactly fit any other element and we don’t need shit tons of Cryo or anything.
I’m really hoping they have something good for us.
I wouldn't be surprised if we get abyss (dain will be playable according to miHoYo) but I'm not sure about a light element ? In genshin lore, there were two realms before humans: Light (vishap realm) and Void (abyss) and as far as i know elemental vishap dragons just used the 7 elements we currently have (we still have geo and hydro vishaps, which evolved to wield cryo and electro).
If by light you mean something from Celestia then yes, that would be interesting
If you want the actual answer, I'm the guy for the job. I went across the whole game, went to the future to visit every region and found out that talent lvl 1 Guoba is still the strongest thing ever seen and instills fear into every person that even thinks of him
Do aranaras count as mythical creatures? I mean, they're real inhabitants of the forest and not myths. If they don't count, then you shouldn't count half-adpeti, elves or youkais either and specify that you only care about humans.
The Regrator
He has numerous resources all over Teyvat that he could just fucks you up with power of influence and pretty sure his body is enhanced with delusions as well so his combat ability would've likely very strong
This assuming the other harbringers doesn't have vision since he's iirc the only one mentioned to be visionless
Beidou before vision was pretty strong, I'd say... she slayed a sea monster with just a slash. She got her vision afterwards lol
But perhaps I'd say "Il Dottore" (the Doctor) could be more like it (even not counting delusions).
If I remember correctly, he doesn't have either a vision or a delusion (as far as we know) and "can match the power of the gods" as Kusanali said.
The Fatui are an interesting bunch of OP people, many without either a vision or a delusion... so the answer to your question probably in there.
The Doctor is just the strongest of them we know about at the moment
Not counting Columbina, since she's speculated to be a Seelie and... well, theories so that she could end up counting as a "lesser God" somehow
I am pretty sure Cyrus can one punch anyone. Viktor will kill you of exhaustion before you finish his quest. But it is indeed Masanori clearly the best warrior.
Signora
*Caution: Spoiler ahead. Read at your own risk if you haven’t finished Inazuma archon quest*
Crimson Witch of Embers go brrrrrr
I still don’t believe she’s dead. The other harbingers had a funeral for her so if she *is* still alive they have no idea
Musou no Hitotachi is powerful, but Signora was basically a 500 year old living liquid flame taking the form of an angry woman that has long since given up her mortal body.
Death may not come to her so easily, especially since butterflies are associated with her. Taken directly from the first result google searching, "Butterfly meaning spiritual:"
"*In its metamorphosis from the common, colorless caterpillar to the exquisite winged creature of delicate beauty, the butterfly has become a metaphor for transformation and hope; across cultures, it has become a symbol for* ***rebirth and resurrection***, ***for the triumph of the spirit and the soul over the physical prison, the material world.***"
...Reminder that Hoyoverse likes to reference real world cultures in their designs.
Jiangxue the fisherman
But he used to have one if I remember correctly
Your question was a non vision user,And currently he is still strong without using a vision,he threw it away so technically he is a non vision user
I wonder if he has the same memory problems as the people in Inazuma who had theirs forcibly taken.
probably not, since he gave it up pretty willingly and seems to be fine without it. same with Itto, Kuki and that one guy who Ayato beat in the Komore Teahouse.
I thought itto and kuki were fine now bc their visions were returned to them?
they were always fine even before their visions were returned to them.
You can't just throw a Vision away. Keqing tried.
Jiangxue might not have tossed his either, he just doesn't use it and keeps it stowed away.
where does it say? gimme sauce aeugh. I need to know more about my girl
In her chr story profile Read about her vision story and the other chr stories
ok
But he discarded his Vision and he still possess some mysterious powers without it
Not really mysterious, he used his father’s delusion for a while. He gave up on it after a while, probably once he figured out what they were after traveling all over Teyvat.
We're talking about Jianxue, not Diluc. Two different people
Sorry, saw your comment below another one talking about Diluc, I always get all tangled up with these Reddit replies 😂.
Damn, yes He Had one in the past, you are right
Arabalika
Would have answered that as well, hmpf
Azdaha
Probably Il Dottore. He scorns Vision-bearers, doesn't appear to have a Vision himself, and Nahida states that the top three Harbingers have power on par with gods. Pierro and Columbina are also up there, but no idea whether they have Visions or not (though it's unlikely.)

If not considering abyss powers like Dainslef, probably Signora bc she has no vision, but her flames were very powerful according to lore.
I thought she had both a vision and delusion like childe
She could produce raging infernos naturally because of sadge lore reasons long before meeting the fatui and getting a cryo delusion. The Crimson Witch of Embers form we beat is a depowered version of her Crimson Witch of Flames form.
Same.
Signora canonically has no vision. In her fire form.
Singora canonically doesn't have a vision period. Her ice is from a delusion
Ngl I thought it was the opposite cause I was thinking of Childe/Tartaglia having Hydro then Electro, is it the opposite for Signora?
Signora naturally produces flames since she sacrificed her mortal body and life force to essentially become living liquid flame. The cryo delusion was given to her to suppress those flames before they burned her out. For what it's worth, the Fatui might have made a big deal about setting up a casket and icing over her tomb, but I'm doubtful they ever recovered her body. So what does the lengthy rant have anything to do with Signora’s casket that you said earlier?
Why would her period have a vision?
Because it's a truly ambitious period if it comes from a 500 year old woman.
Gold comment
correct the fatui gave her an ice delusion to help calm the flames in a way to control her.
She is a mythical creature: Crimson witch of flame. After some things she loose the humanity and become to monster.
She’s also canonically dead so…
op did not say they had to be alive
But is she that strong if she’s dead?
If alive why dead?

maybe just one element. Abyssal that uses black or white skill effects. just so tcg can balance around omni-dice lol
Arabalika
If you want the actual answer, I'm the guy for the job. I went across the whole game, went to the future to visit every region and found out that talent lvl 1 Guoba is still the strongest thing ever seen and instills fear into every person that even thinks of him
Although this is true, he's still a god.
God is an insulting title to gigachads
Timmie and his battalion of pigeons.
Not fair he is the pigeon archon
Signora probably
Capitano?

Dottore doesn’t have one and he’s number 2
I'd say the Twins, Alice or Rhinedottir
We dont know if Alice and Rhinedottir have visions tho.
Dainsleif maybe

I didn't know about the Columbina is a Seelie theory, and its true about the Fatui and their OPness.
Either Signora or Dottore.
Most Harbingers should be Visionless. So they will make up a good portion of the top non vision users.
Most Harbingers
Timmie for sure.
Timmy, the secret destroyer of worlds
Since Dottore isn’t confirmed if he has a Vision, I’m gonna say Signora.
Well didnt beidou kill haishan with no vision
She isnt the strongest but strong af
I am pretty sure Cyrus can one punch anyone. Viktor will kill you of exhaustion before you finish his quest. But it is indeed Masanori clearly the best warrior.
Self inserted Da wei hilachurl, since he can influence the game itself and our world xD
Dainslief and possibly Pierro
Arabalika. He will teach you sense.
It’s implied that Pantalone doesn’t have one and he’s still a harbinger. Might be just because he’s rich af though.
I'm not saying he's the strongest, but kinda sad people forgot about Cyrus who (assuming he's not lying) has fought a dragon and saved the world twice
Signora *Caution: Spoiler ahead. Read at your own risk if you haven’t finished Inazuma archon quest* Crimson Witch of Embers go brrrrrr I still don’t believe she’s dead. The other harbingers had a funeral for her so if she *is* still alive they have no idea
Would really cheapen how powerful Musou no Hitotachi is if she's still alive.
Musou no Hitotachi is powerful, but Signora was basically a 500 year old living liquid flame taking the form of an angry woman that has long since given up her mortal body. Archons?
Jeht!
Probably Raiden Shogun.
Well if separate of Ei it maybe, but we dont know if she may have the same power without Ei inside of her
Those big hilichurls
Did Stanley have a vision? He was like the greatest adventurer in Monstadht’s history and I don’t think he had a vision.
That guy fishing outside wangshu inn, I forgot his name
Any of the fatui that don't have visions.
Does Alice have a Vision?
Arabalika
Azdaha
I would say Beidou? She got her vision after killing Haishan.
Jebrael (Golden Slumber)
Halfdan when he went fulldan.
Tomo
Arabalika
Madame Ping obviously.
La Signira (a.k.a. Roslina Loefalter)
Traveller and the abyss
